House in front of Washington Park

Welcome to our home in Washington Park! Our home can sleep 4 and is across the street from the park. Wash Park is a great place to relax, have a drink or do a 5k walk, whichever is easier :). The location of the house is just a 5-10 minute drive from Cherry Creek mall, Rino, Lodo, Downtown and other entertainment areas. Enjoy a breakfast and coffee at Wash Perk cafe which is just a 5 minute walk.

Place is great for solo travelers, couples or small families.

The space
You will have the whole house to yourself! As you enter the house you will find a full living and dining room with a half bathroom. Additionally and on this level you will find a spacious kitchen with full cooking equipment. Also on this level you will find a Hot Tub for your enjoyment. Once you go down a level you will find 1 bedroom/1 bathroom, a full working desk station, a TV entertainment area and some board games. The laundry room, two king size bedrooms and full bathrooms are located on the upper level. The upper level additionally features a crib.

Guest access
You will have access to all of the amenities including, board games, full kitchen equipment and spices, all living rooms, laundry, 3.5 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms.

Other things to note
A couple of things to note:
1. You will find some personal belongings at the house as this is the place we live at whenever we are not traveling. There are multiple rooms/closets that will be locked as this is where we keep our belongings. You may find food and other related items in the kitchen.
2. 1 pet welcome per stay. Please add pet to reservation as there is an extra fee. Additional/accidental cleaning fees may apply if needed. Please no pets on top of furniture, beds or sofas.
3. Earplugs are available if needed.
4. Depending on availability, early check in or late check out is possible for $50 fee.
5. Please add all guests to the reservation.
