-We insure the property against accidental damage with the Safely Protection Policy. The cost of this protection is $25 per reservation and will be included in your rental rate. This fee provides coverage for minor accidental damages during your stay, giving you peace of mind and saving you the hassle of a large upfront hold, or a tedious refund process. It’s our way of making your stay stress-free while ensuring our homes are well cared for.

Stardust Cottage is a compact home, best suited to guests comfortable in a cozy layout.
The property is located in a residential neighborhood near a train line, so some train and street noise may be noticeable. White noise machines and ear plugs are provided for light sleepers.
There is no dishwasher and no garbage disposal.
There are no ceiling fans in the bedrooms.

-We insure the property against accidental damage with the Safely Protection Policy. The cost of this protection is $26 per reservation. This helps cover minor accidental damages. Things like a broken glass, stains, damages, etc. Now you can relax knowing you’re fully covered without the hassle of deposits or post-stay claims required by the Airbnb Aircover program. It’s our way of ensuring a smooth, worry-free experience from check-in to check-out.

-Children and toddlers count toward the maximum occupancy and must be included in your reservation guest total.

-We do not offer cribs, pack and plays and high chairs for safety and liability purposes.

-EV charging is not allowed onsite due to insurance and safety purposes.
-Pets are not allowed on furniture and owner is expected to clean pet droppings. Additional fees will be charged if there is damage caused by the pet.
-There is no fenced yard for pets.
This is a residential neighborhood. Quiet hours are 10:00 P.M-7:00 A.M daily. Please be respectful of our neighbors. No parties!

Please do not flush towelettes, wipes, or sanitary napkins down the toilet as this is an older home.

Booking guest must be present for duration of the stay. Guests are not allowed to book on behalf of another party, unless it`s on behalf of an approved company. Extra guests not listed in the booking need to be approved by host before entering the home. Overnight visitors can be coordinated for an extra fee.

-The trash bins are located outside to the right of the house, along the driveway. There is a recycling bin (black lid) and trash bin (Green lid.) Trash is picked up every Tuesday.
-For safety and insurance purposes, charging electric vehicles (EVs) or electric bikes (e-bikes) on the property is strictly prohibited. This includes the use of standard household outlets or extension cords. Guests are encouraged to use designated public EV charging stations nearby. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
