This luxurious pet friendly raised beach house is only 0.1 miles from the beach (about a 3 minute walk) and has 5 spacious bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and can comfortably accommodate a total of 14 people with 1 king in the master bedroom, 2 twins in the 2nd bedroom, 1 king in the 3rd bedroom, 2 queens in the 4th bedroom and 2 queens in the 5th bedroom.

The open floor plan provides plenty of communal space and features a spacious porch off the living room. The bright and airy, fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and an island for additional seating. The living room as well as all bedrooms feature a flat screen TV for added convenience.

The 1st floor features the spacious living room, dining area, kitchen, laundry room, master bedroom (1 king) and attached private bathroom, 2nd bedroom (2 twins), 3rd bedroom (1 king) and a full bathroom. The 2nd floor features the 4th bedroom (2 queens), 5th bedroom (2 queens), a full bathroom and small seating area. Other features include free W-Fi, cable TV, private elevator and parking for at least 6 vehicles.

The oversized lot includes a fenced in yard, private pool, professionally landscaped yard, outdoor shower, and seating around the pool. Come experience this dream home while making great beach memories in North Myrtle Beach.

The home was clean, well suited for us, and located very close to the beach! Really more 4.5/5 stars. Only complaints are the lack of enough basic household items (toilet paper, trash bags, etc) and check in is at another location.

Great stay

We had no complaints during our stay. Everything was just as it was presented online. The location was perfect. I had a question prior to our stay and it was answered promptly. We had a great stay!

Overall, beautiful home for a big girls trip! The listing matched perfectly to what we got & the location is a great proximity to the beach & Barefoot Landing. We had to call maintenance twice for a broken toilet handle & then an HVAC leak but the property manager was quick to respond & got it all taken care of.

Great location to the beach. Meet all our needs. Loved the pool area. When we arrived the elevator was not working. Had to wait until the next day for someone to fix it. Had to call the office for more towels. Over all had a great time!

Easy living

House and property were as advertised. Great location with good restaurants and shopping close by. We enjoyed our daily walks on the beach with our dogs. There were plenty of bath towels for all of us and comfortable chairs with great dining space to accommodate us all.

Family Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was a perfect size for our family. We spent most most of our time in the kitchen/ding area as it rained most of the weekend. Having an elevator was a great bonus in assisting us with the unloading of luggage and groceries. I would definitely recommend this place.

I enjoyed the stay, but more importantly my kids and grandkids were happy. When they are happy I’m happy. The only glitch was my gps kept defaulting to a different location for the main office. Don’t know why.

What A Wonderful Stay!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved this home! While we encountered a few issues, most were addressed promptly. However, the outdoor shower never worked. I would definitely recommend this home. If I could change anything, I would suggest adding a bathroom on the lower level and converting the garage into a suite. And the wobble is not just in your imagination! We really enjoyed our stay, and our dog loved it too! I wish we could have stayed there all summer. Positive, house was located right by the beach, it had everything that was on the listing. Pool was nice. Negative, the place really needed to be cleaned. Dishes were still in the dishwasher. Had to drive to the office for check in. Construction across the street.

The house was as described, the beds were comfortable, the house was spacious and there was plenty of parking for everyone. The location is excellent, very close to the beach, quiet neighborhood, close to food and shopping. The pool was great and there were games in the garage that provided entertainment on cloudy days. Overall the check in and check out process was easy, but you do have to stop at a separate location to pick up the key and sign a form. As for opportunities for improvement, the upper rack of the dishwasher was broken and sitting on top of the counter when we arrived, we reported it but maintence did not show up to fix the dishwasher during our stay. The elevator was also not operable, this was also reported, but no one came out. There was also no trash can in the kitchen. We were able to pick one up from the property management office the next day, but that did require some creativity on first night in the house. The carpets are clearly worn, but the main floor of the house was LVP so that was much appreciated. Overall we really enjoyed the stay and would definitely consider this location again.

4.5 Stars - Almost Perfect

Would give it 4.5 stars if I could, but doesn’t warrant 4, so I gave it 5. Positives: House was very roomy. Great location and neighborhood. Easy beach access. Elevator was life saver. Updated appliances, thermostat, furniture. Beds very comfortable. TVs in every room. We very much enjoyed our stay. Opportunities: Pillows were pretty flat. Wish we had brought ours. Floors were a bit dirty. Had been swept but not mopped (well), so we all had black feet. Kitchen was not very well stocked - not enough pots/pans and nothing was non-stick. Water pressure in showers was not great, and we often ran out of hot water, but we had 11 people, so some of that was to be expected. Just areas for improvement - did not greatly impact our stay.
