Completed in early 2024, The Ship's Belle offers a perfect blend of comfort, style, and top-notch amenities.

THE SPACE
Start your day by enjoying a peaceful cup of coffee on our beautiful covered porches, offering a serene atmosphere. Afterward, take a refreshing dip in our spacious private pool, the ideal spot to cool off after a fun-filled day at the beach.
Conveniently situated just one house away from a picturesque stretch of shoreline, The Ship's Belle is perfectly positioned between the Village and Coast Guard Beach. This prime location allows for easy access to a variety of restaurants, putt-putt golf, the Lighthouse, and other exciting family activities.
Our goal was to create a tranquil ambiance reminiscent of the seaside, and every detail in the home reflects this intention.
THE SPACE:
The 6 bedroom / 6 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom layout is:
• Primary suite on main level with king bed and ensuite bath with large walk-in shower, large walk in closet, and Smart TV. (sleeps 2)
• Full bathroom on main level in hall with a shower.
• Guest bedroom (1) on upper level, King bed and ensuite bath with tub/shower, Smart TV. (sleeps 2)
• Guest bedroom (2) on upper level, King bed and ensuite bath with tub/shower, Smart TV.(sleeps 2)
• Guest bedroom (3) on upper level, King bed and ensuite bath with tub/shower, Smart TV.(sleeps 2)
• Guest bedroom (4) on upper level - Bunk room, 2 twin bunk beds and Smart TV.(sleeps 4)
• Guest bedroom (5) on main living level - Queen (sleeps 2)
• Guest bedroom (6) on main living level - Queen (sleeps 2)
• Full bathroom upper level hall - Bath with tub/shower combo
• Common Space - ground level 2-sleeper sofas
• Pool Bath on lower level - 1/2 bath

Large covered screened porch off living area.
There is enough parking for up to 5 cars. No street parking or parking on the grass.
Pool (saltwater) is approximately 12ft x 24ft
We're located mid-beach - halfway between the St Simons Pier Village and East Beach. This stretch of beach is not tide dependent and has plenty of walking distance in both directions. We're walking distance to local restaurant favorites like Crab Daddy's, Barrier Island Brewing, Fiddlers, and Porch.

Beach Gear Included!: This home offers beach gear such as beach chairs and beach towels FREE for your use! Bikes, carts, paddleboards and more are available for rent locally, discount included. There are no fees or surcharges attached to your reservation.
Pets: This is not a pet friendly home.
Heated Pool: This property offers a heated pool option. The cost is $75/night+tax and can be added up to 48 hours before arrival. Let us know if you'd like to heat the pool!
No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.
Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.
No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.
