The place was in great condition and was very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed and the place was spacious and cozy. The beds and pillows could use a little updating but we loved our stay there. The lifts were an easy walk. Will definitely stay there again and would recommend to friends.

Couldn't be happier with the house. Property Management (Michael in particular) was incredibly helpful, responsive, and there if we ever needed anything. 5-minute walk to the lift and downtown.

Great location lacking cleanliness

This townhome was in an awesome location and is sized well for a larger family. Unfortunately the property was not clean. Pots were unclean and we saw mice twice….once in kitchen and once in upstairs bathroom. The checkin process was very smooth and the property manager communicated with us very nicely.

Great summer place

Condo was in an excellent location, very short walk to downtown and all it has to offer. Shared pool and hot tubs were great and short walk. Only complaint about the hot tubs is that we wished they stayed open a little later, they closed at 8pm. Condo was a little dated but was completely functional and had everything we needed to cook meals in the house. Only minor complaint was maybe the master bed. A new mattress and new pillows would be the only thing that really needs attention. All in all an awesome place to spend a few nights enjoying Breckenridge. Would stay again for sure.

July 4th trip Breck

Property is in a great location. A short walk to downtown and the shuttle stop is close if you need it. The exterior of the property is great but the inside is pretty dated. Beds are comfortable enough. Couches and main tv are accommodating enough. We have a large family and the space was great. Ping pong table a plus and all of the decks were a nice feature. We cook a lot since we have a big family and the oven, microwave, dishwasher, and pans need an update. Bathrooms were dated. Kitchen sink dripped but no more than that. Breckenridge is great for the holiday but so is Frisco. No fireworks displays over the holiday though.

Hot tub was fantastic AND each bedroom had their own deck and own bathroom.

This was an extremely pleasant stay with an immaculately clean condo. All bathrooms were stocked with shampoo, soap, and lotion as well as plenty of paper products in the home. This condo is ideally located close to town and was an easy walk to restaurants and shopping. We will definitely stay here again!
