Newly remodeled and newly furnished home as of April of 2023 in the safe neighborhood called Toluca Lake, which is on the border of North Hollywood. Plenty of space for up to 7 people with 3 bedrooms + futon in the family room. We have two permitted parking passes for your use, and parking is always available on the front street. We have a living room plus a family room for entertaining and relaxing. The full kitchen and dining room seats up to 6 people. Only a 5-minute drive to Universal Studios.

This 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom property provides plenty of room for up to 7 people to comfortably stay.

We have two queens in two bedrooms, a twin trundle in a third smaller room (two twins on top of each other - one rolls out), and a futon that can sleep one in the family room.

Inside this cozy abode, you'll find everything you need for quality living as it is newly furnished and filled with the essentials for everyday living, including plenty of linens, towels, and kitchenware for your everyday comfort.

The primary bedroom includes a small desk which can be used as a private office or make-up counter.

You have two parking passes for the streets. Parking is for local residents only; these passes will allow you to park with the locals here. There are always plenty of spots on our street in front of or near our home.

We have a mini split-system.

- 2 pets are allowed at this home. But pets must be approved in advance and are subject to an additional fee of $150 per pet. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- The best way to get around Los Angeles is to take an Uber if you want to avoid high parking prices.
- You must be at least 21 years old to book this home.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

You will be asked to sign a Los Angeles Good Neighbor Policy prior to your stay.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.

We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.

Good place for a short stay
Place was cute and comfortable enough but the futon is not comfortable to sleep on. My daughter slept on a couch instead. Game tables are a fun extra. We were a little cramped with 7 teens to adults and only one bathroom. Also, shower is a little treacherous - slippery, slanted, high-side. Two notes for manager: 1. Front porch light never turned on. This made arrival at night hard to navigate. 2. A smoke alarm was chirping while we were there. We took one down to see if it was the one and discovered no battery in it at all. We did not check any others and left the one with no battery on the table.

Great place for a family trip
Great place to stay for a family trip. Really close to Universal Studios and Walk of fame by car. The house was really quite well equipped. Only "complain" would be the washer and the dryer are quite old and dont "clean" and "dry" very well so I would avoid use those unless totally necessary. Beyond that it's a great place to stay and would definitely come back in the future!
