A Wonderful Vacation Rental

We stayed at this property for the holidays and it was a great alternative to a hotel when on an extended vacation with kids. The layout and design is thoughful and welcoming. There was always parking out front and it was easy to get around Los Angeles from this location. Also, having a washer and dryer while vacationing was the best. And the full size fridge and freezer was a plus for stocking up on snacks for after a long day. The beds were clean and comfy. Everything was. The kitchen was well equiped. For future visits, this exceptional host may want to add a couple of pot holders and microwavable containers for leftover warm ups and for cooking on the stovetop. We didn't really use the oven as it was very near the beautiful fridge and we were on vacation and not cooking much. But it was so lovely to have the option. The living room is small but cozy, and is located between the two bedrooms, giving lots of privacy. The bathroom has a shower only. The kitchen and bathroom have a step up and down to them, so not ideal for those using wheels to get around. Having a private outdoor area for unwinding was terrific. A real plus. Great Internet /TV service was also included, though sometimes calls were dropped and service interrupted due to the proximity to the Burbank Airport flights. You do hear planes. Undoubtedly, someone famous will fly over you if staying in this delightful unit. The whole place overall was fantastic, and we would stay here again! Thank you.

I loved staying her When you walk in, the home feels so inviting. There were little extra flairs everywhere. I could see where everything was set up with extra care to make me feel happy and invited. And everything you might need on your stay is already here. There are beautiful unique design touches everywhere. The wall art, the headboards, the side lamps, the hanging lamps. And there was a design/art piece that I liked so much I really wanted to take it home with me. There are plants in every room. Even the entry way. They are really nice. It took me a bit to realize that they weren’t live plants. Sometimes I still look at them and forget for a moment that they aren’t live plants. They give a nice feeling to the house. In one bedroom there is a quite nicely designed glass desk. Which has a shelf for your papers. For working at the desk there is a soft, comfortable chair with padding for the back and bottom. Even though it is soft and comfortable to sit in, it keeps you sitting up for work. There are nice size TV’s in both bedrooms and one in the living room. A soft fluffy blanket draped over the couch for when you watch TV or are just hanging out. The beds are comfortable and the linens are nice and there are plenty of nice white towels. I travel a lot in the US and abroad and there have been so many times when I get to where I’m going and I realize I forgot my tooth brush or a button has popped off my shirt or coat and I don’t have
