Beautiful home exactly as shown and described in the listing. The host was wonderful to work with and very responsive with a couple of questions we had. Very nice, quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Great space for family dinners and games in the evenings after being out for the day. We really enjoyed evening walks in the area. A great base for RMNP and several other activities in the area. We would definitely stay again if we are in the area. Thank you Michael and Wendy for sharing your lovely home.

Love this place!

It was very roomy! Close to the Town of Winter Park. The Hot tub was nice to have after skiing! Worked well with our family! The owner/property manager was great to work with!

Wonderful stay in Winter Park

We absolutely loved our stay in this condo. It was incredibly spacious with plenty of room for our family of four. We loved the sunlight pouring through the beautiful floor to ceiling windows, the hot tub was perfect after a long day on the slopes, and the beds were very comfortable. Wish we could’ve stayed longer! The host was a pleasure to work with as well.

Great mountain base

Beautiful townhome tucked away in a quiet forested place minutes from the mountains. Had a wonderful three weeks. Host was very responsive even though in Norway!

Very nice townhome with big, gas fireplace, hot tub, large kitchen, and plenty of room for our six adults. Would definitely rent it again!

Wonderful Ski Trip with Family

We had a wonderful ski trip in Winterpark. This condo is very spacious. The kitchen, front room and dining room are well laid out for a group. They have a beautiful view and its just a short walk to one of the bus stops. This is our 2nd time and if we go to Winterpark next year, we will definitely try to stay there again. Owner is great to work with.

Beautiful and convenient location

Extremely well appointed and stocked condo. Great location only minutes from downtown and 5 minute drive to the slopes. Owner communication was fantastic. Loved the warm, two car garage! Very nice and very comfortable!

Winter Park Getaway

This property was gorgeous. Nice open plan with a great view. Ideal location just up the road from downtown Winter Park and minutes from the ski area. Hot tub right outside the front door. Very well-stocked kitchen. Owner was exceptionally helpful and communicative.

Great Stay

We had a wonderful time at this townhome. Its location is close to a bus stop, and is a quck drive to restaurants. Townhome is laid out well and spacious, worked great for 3 couples. Kitchen is well stocked. Owners have a great book that includes information about anything you could want to know. They are very responsive if you have questions. Overall would 100% book this VRBO again.

Summer Vacation

This was probably our 10th stay in Winter Park during the summer. Mike's home is in a gem of a location and had everything we needed including the extra mission bed. We saw wildlife right out our door, could ride our mountain and gravel bikes and walk everywhere, the neighbors were all friendly, our host / owner was super helpful and responsive, and we were able to relax in the hot tub. We also played games and XBOX. The kitchen and dining room were perfect for eating in. We will be back!

Winter Park Townhome

We were very pleased with the townhome. It was located in a small neighborhood with nice tree coverage where you didn’t feel like you were in town. We couldn’t hardly see any other houses outside of the other townhomes on the block. The unit was clean and well-furnished. It felt like staying in someone’s home rather than a rental unit. The owner was quick to respond to our request. We would stay there again.

Mountain wonders from Winter Park

The timber Lake condo was a great place to launch into the snow and other mountain activities around Winter Park. The locations was superb and had good access to bus routes, plus good parking. The access to the National Forest land behind the property was great place to walk and view some of the local wildlife. The condo itself was fabulous and well provisioned. The split level provided all of us lots of room to mingle and for quiet places when needed. It was great place to relax after a long day in the mountains and to take a long soak. Certainly a place to check into when you are next in winter park

Wonderful Winterland Getaway

We spent an amazing weekend in this lovely home. The home itself is inviting, comfortable for all us to spread out and the view is beautiful. It snowed quite a bit but we had all the essentials to keep us warm after skiing. The hot tub was a hit after a day of ski and the family room lent itself for a great evening with family. Communication with the owner was great, so responsive and on top of everything. Checking in on us and answering all of our questions.We left our lovey and Mike did everything he could to send it back to us! Looking forward to going back!

Perfect for group Ski trip

We spent a weekend skiing in Winter Park with friends and this home was perfect. A five minute walk to the shuttle stop and then a very easy shuttle ride directly to the mountain. Added convenience thanks to the large garage and wet room on the bottom level. Mike was incredibly responsive and helpful when we needed him and the house was FULLY stocked. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and fireplace and comfortable beds. All of the neighbors were so nice too! Highly recommend. Especially if you want to cook most of your meals at home.
