This fully furnished apartment boasts a unique style that sets it apart. Situated in Hyde Park, conveniently two blocks from the village, it is home to some of Tampa's finest restaurants and shops. Downtown, Channelside, and Ybor are all within easy reach. Amalie Arena, located less than 1.5 miles away, is the perfect spot to catch a hockey game or enjoy a concert. Tampa General Hospital is under a mile away. Take in the beauty of the outdoors with a stroll along the stunning Bayshore or riverwalk.
Take pleasure in this immaculate kitchen space equipped with all your needs. You'll have access to a 55" smart TV (with all the movie apps), High-speed internet, WiFi, a fold-away desk, and a rolling desk chair. Plush towels and linens on the comfortable queen-sized bed.
For your convenience, parking is located at the back of the apartment, and a private entrance leads up to your living quarters.
Take advantage of a professionally designed gym, perfect for maintaining your fitness routine while traveling. After a workout, relax and rejuvenate in the sauna, or experience the benefits of red light therapy, known for its positive effects on skin health and overall well-being.
While we warmly welcome furry companions, we kindly request that you notify us in advance if you intend to bring a pet along. A pet fee of $100 is applicable, which contributes to the additional cleaning and laundering of furniture coverings to ensure a comfortable and pristine environment for all our guests, including those with pets.
Access to the Red Light Therapy bed and Infrared Sauna requires guests to schedule an appointment in advance.
Additionally, personalized training sessions and yoga services are available for an extra hourly fee.
