This was such a lovely property to stay. Very clean, lots of space. The building is older. But they have renovated it and it is beautiful. We loved our stay and the location. Very quiet area. Would definitely stay here again.

The stay was very nice but the stay would have been better if there was hot water for showers and better water pressure. Showers were rough going especially with shower heads that did not completely work. Just saying for owners knowledge. Thanks Kim and Jason.

We booked for a sporting event at the arena. The location was perfect. Easy Uber rides to and from events and easy walks to Publix and neighborhood restaurants. We enjoyed the beautiful kitchen and adorable outdoor space. We went with a friend and each had our own bedroom and private bathroom. My spouse is an avid runner and enjoyed the proximity to the bay when he went out each morning. If we go back to Tampa, we’ll definitely book this property again.

Great stay. The house was in walking distance to the water where we walked each morning. Was within a 8 minute uber to the city. Very clean and the host communicated well.

Great location and very clean!

Needed a place to stay for a business trip and this worked perfectly. Clean, plenty of space, and had everything I needed. Very well stocked for anything you could think of. Kitchen was awesome, little patio space was nice, living space was great for TV. Each bedroom had it's own bathroom along with a half bath in the living area, all were very clean and well stocked with towels.Bedrooms were a nice size and the main bedroom had one of the most comfortable beds I have slept on while traveling. Loved the pillows and mattress was perfect!Location made it easy to get to everything I needed. Restaurants were plentiful and close by along with grocery and drug stores for supplies. Communication with the owner was easy and quick. Perfect for business travel, quick getaway, or longer vacation. I will definitely stay here again if the need arises!
