Large Modern Family Home - 1 min from the Beach - Excellent Amenities

Our home away from home, in the heart of the Beach Village, is perfect for all occasions. With a white sand beach just a stroll away, ideal for all water activities/fishing, the 9 hole golf course/tennis courts just over the road, and the river a short distance down the road, there is something for everyone. The township has all the amenities you need: Dairy, Takeaways, Coffee Cart, Petrol, Pub & Meals at the Country Club on Friday. Our house sleeps 13 - 3x bedrooms +bunk room, with loads of space outside for tents or a caravans. We have one double fold out bed in the bunk room, but linen is not provided for this.

The house has multiple outdoor areas, three decks, all equipped with furniture, to allow larger groups to spread out and enjoy some quiet time. The large front lawn can securely accommodate your boat, jetski or cars, or simply provide an extra area to sprawl out, maybe playing a few outdoor games, which we provide.

We have two toilets, one indoor shower and one out door shower (not private), plus a washing machine and dryer.

The master bedroom has a sofa, television with Apple TV, and the living room has a 55" TV with Apple TV, DVD Player, Freeview and Chromecast. We have multiple board games available.

The kitchen is very well equipped, you'll find most things you need for baking, frying, roasting, boiling and general catering, with a 6 Burner BBQ on the deck. The dining room table only seats 6, however, we have bar stools and the 6 seater outdoor setting, with additional stools for larger groups.

If you're lucky enough to catch a fish, we have a fish filleting bench at the back of the house.
