BEACH WHITE VILLA ARUBA se encuentra frente a 3 playas, en el punto más alto de la zona residencial más prestigiosa de Aruba, que es Arashi. Google maps: cala catalana

La UBICACIÓN se encuentra en el centro de las mejores playas, que son Boca Catalina, Catalina Cove (la mejor zona de buceo) y la Playa Arashi con aguas cristalinas y arenas blancas. 1. 5 millas a la zona hotelera de gran altura con todas las atracciones turísticas; 8 nuevas canchas de tenis dentro de 1 milla; Campo de golf de 18 hoyos junto a la casa, área de buceo (Antilla Wreck cerca de la casa); windsurf, kitesurf y diferentes tipos de deportes acuáticos dentro de una milla. Casinos 1. 5 millas.

Su residencia segunda planta privada es sólo 14 pasos de la escalera, (170 m2 = 1. 550 sq. Ft.) Que tiene una entrada independiente, cocina grande, 4 dormitorios, 3 baños, amplia terraza, totalmente amueblado, aire acondicionado, TV plana en todas las habitaciones. Un patio precioso que se puede utilizar para la barbacoa, comedor e incluso ducharse ofrece una magnífica vista sobre las zonas de ocio de hoteles y playas. Limpiamos toda la residencia antes de la facturación y después de su pago y envío. Todas las toallas están incluidas, lavadora y lavavajillas están disponibles con una pequeña cuota.

Excellent rental for the week. We were all very pleased with the accomodations, impressed with the ocean view/sunsets and short walks to two of the best beach/snorkel spots in Aruba. The Host was professional, readily available and helpful. We would definitely come back!

Bedrooms were nice and cool after the heat of the day. The rest of the house was open air so it is hot mid day.We did have to ask for more towels and toilet paper but then no problem.The snorkeling is amazing just outside to the left of the villa .

Excellent Location and Views

This property is located in a great beach location - short walk to beaches and short drive to resort area. Rooms were nice; views were amazing. Would definitely stay here again.

Best Beach Vacation Ever

The Villa is beautiful, clean and well maintained and the hosts could not be more friendly and accommodating. The location on the north end of the island is right across the road from the beach, with stunning sunset views from the private terrace.

Roaches and dishonest

The place had roaches in 2 of the bedrooms and bathrooms. Top floor balcony was falling apart. Upkeep is not good. Towels were dirty. After seeing the cockroaches my wife and I left to find somewhere else to go. Told the owner they said they called an exterminator to take care of it. I asked for a refund they gave me some money back but told me to ask Vrbo for the rest. Found out it’s the owner who is supposed to refund me but won’t. Don’t rent here

Lovely Aruba

We had a wonderful stay at the Beach White Villa! The location is superb and we snorkeled across the street almost every day and enjoyed walking around the quiet NW tip of the island frequently! The massive rooftop patio overlooking the ocean was dreamy and sunsets superb! The ability to do weekly rentals of beach chairs, snorkel gear, coolers and more right at the Villa office for very reasonable prices was super handy and not something you get at most rentals. The rooms and bathrooms comfortable. The kitchen isn't air conditioned but we rarely missed it. I would definitely recommend Beach White Villa!

Childhood Friends

This was the perfect set up for a party of eight. Lots of room for us to all hang out together. The property needs a LOT of updating and TLC. We did have a few problems but nothing that wasn’t made up for by the views and close proximity to several beaches.

Great Location

Property is a great location across from the beach. Villa needs some updating, it is worn looking. The kitchen has many pots and pans but almost all serving bowls were cracked. Silverware, plates and bowls were limited, felt like we were washing dishes constantly, with 8 guests. Also, be aware there are a lot of steps and there are several small steps within the villa that aren't well marked, tripping hazards, on patio and into the main bathroom especially. The beds were comfortable and the sheets and towels are provided. We've stayed at many VRBO houses and this one had several additional fees that we weren't accustom to: fee to use dishwasher, fee for beach chairs and snorkels, fees to change out towels more frequently. Laundry fees which I do understand. Overall I would stay again but this place could use some updating. Veronika was helpful, as was Viola.

Beautiful place to stay!

This place was so great! It has so much character & charm. Could have used some air conditioning in the large bathroom but we managed. The onsite manager was always available & helpful. The beach is right across the street and the pool was the perfect temperature. Overall we are very happy with our stay here & hope to come again!!

Aruba Meets Melrose Place: A Beachfront Escape with a Magnificent Veranda

Beach White Villa has unbeatable views and is truly just steps from the beach—talk about location! The veranda is the perfect spot to relax and watch the sunset. The gorgeous arched windows, Spanish-style architecture, and open layout gave us major Melrose Place vibes.The kitchen was well-stocked, but we didn’t realize there was no AC in that space, so it got warm. One bedroom’s AC broke, but maintenance impressively replaced it the next day—even on a Sunday! Also, keep in mind that the only living room is the outdoor veranda. When it rains, the walkways and stairs can be slippery, which was a challenge for a friend with mobility issues.That said, if you’re looking for stunning views, quick beach access, and a spacious veranda, and don’t mind stairs, this place is a gem! And very safe!

Some of the best Snorkeling on the Island

We enjoyed the Villa. It was pleasant stay. If you've never been to Aruba, this home is located near some of the best snorkeling on the island.

Great

This place was exactly what I was hoping for. The 4-bedroom second story of the building is rented as a unit and is rather like renting a house, although there is no traditional living room. (The master bedroom has a lot of seating.) There is a big kitchen and, most important in my mind, an extensive private porch/patio with a great ocean view. Happy hour was spent on the patio, watching the sun sink into the ocean, followed by dinner under the stars. We ate almost all our meals here, although there is also a big table in the kitchen. Top-notch snorkeling is steps away across a quiet road. In the mornings the many colorful fish were occasionally so thick that it looked like we had thrown chum. Also a few turtles. It is a short walk to a traditional swimming beach with a nice stretch of sand and a bar. The host was great. No night-life within a few miles, but that is a plus for us. For a laid-back vacation, you couldn't ask for more.

Great property

Villa is old but very clean. Good quiet location just across from Catalina Cove and 10 minutes to Palm Beach. A/C works great in each bedroom. Spacious balcony is fabulous to watch the sunset and ocean. Only recommendations would be more comfortables chairs in master bedroom and at least 1 sitting chair in each bedroom. Beds were comfortable but pillows were hard and flat. Enjoyed our time in Aruba and can’t wait to come back!

Nice management

We have 2 more people added to the stay, house management is very nice and added two mattresses without charge. We really appreciated . We all had great time in Aruba, everyone there is very nice.

Better than Hawaii

A family member mentioned that the snorkeling was better than Hawaii! Snorkeling across the road from the Villa was completely amazing (sea turtles and an abundance of fish varieties). The villa is a luxury status. Extremely nice exterior spaces. Sunsets are peaceful and amazing.

Perfect location and able to have a view of the ocean. Property is dated and could use some repairs. They have been working on the apartments and will probably be doing the villa sometime soon. With multiple light sources in the master bedroom, only one worked. Never had a hot shower in master bath but other showers worked well. Would definitely recommend this listing to those who are traveling with friends and with family but if you have more than 2 children the security of the villa may not be for everyone. The bedroom attached to the master has a set of twin beds. Then the hallway has a lockable door leading downstairs to the outside. It is also open to the outdoor living space and the other 2 bedrooms do lock but if you are traveling with several young children this probably won’t work for you. It’s a safe area, we walked just a few minutes to Arashi beach and Boca beach is right across the street. You can see the snorkeling excursions as Boca is one of the best places to snorkel. This was our second stay at this listing and although hopeful the villa might get some upgrades, would definitely stay again. You definitely get the feel of island living. (Including the occasional visit of a gecko.)
