Welcome to Palm Court Yacht Club -Waterfront on beautiful Okaloosa Island. Our charming two king bedroom, 2 bath condo invites you to experience the ultimate relaxing coastal retreat. With the perfect blend of comfort and convenience, our bayfront condo escape promises a memorable stay for families, friends and couples alike. Travel light and use the provided wagon, beach chairs & towels to make the 5 min easy walk down the boardwalk to the beautiful white sand beaches of the Gulf. From the balcony, relax and enjoy watching the boats and dolphins swim and play in the bay. Looking for a fun day on the water exploring the bay or Crab Island? There are many boat rental options close to the condo (Adventure Marina is within walking distance https://www.adventuremarina.com). If you want to bring your own boat, Brooks Bridge Marina 850-243-7861 is 2 min away.

Step into a thoughtfully designed condo, where coastal nautical inspired decor and modern amenities create an inviting atmosphere. The open concept living/ dining area boasts ample seating, perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach.

Our master suite has a new comfortable king sized memory foam bed and ensuite bathroom with shower and jetted tub. Wake up to beautiful water views without getting out of bed. The second bedroom also has a new comfy king sized memory foam bed. This room was designed with 2 twin trundle beds to accommodate families that need the extra sleeping space or leave them tucked under to use room as a second master. The second bathroom is a shared full size bathroom with an updated shower. The couch has a pull out queen mattress for extra sleeping space.

Our fully equipped kitchen with updated stainless appliances will allow you to easily prepare meals if you choose not to eat out at one of the many delicious restaurants close by.

Palm Court Yacht club is a gated, family friendly, quiet condo, perfect for your next trip to the Gulf Coast. Amenities include a community pool and hot tub. Condo has internet, cable TV and smart TVs for your streaming platforms. Large capacity washer and dryer for your convenience.

Renters must be 25 years old. No pets, no smoking.

The host was very responsive. The direction and instructions for the unit where very helpful. The kitchen was very well equipped with lots of coffee pods and creamers. We enjoyed the view and even saw a couple of dolphins in the water.

Beautiful property

The condo was exactly as pictured and had everything you need for a very comfortable stay! Extra paper products, coffee, plenty of linens, beach supplies, and comfortable beds. The view is amazing! We would definitely stay here again.

Loved our stay!

Newly remodeled, clean, comfortable and nicely decorated! Jenifer was quick to respond and made us feel very welcomed. Our family loved the beautiful view, easy access to the beach and being able to walk to restaurants. Having beach chairs and towels available was a plus! We look forward to returning again soon.

Dolphins!

The fifth floor balcony allowed us to watch the sun set and dolphins at the same time! Boardwalk to the beach took us right by the steamed seafood place, we picked up dinner on the way back from the beach. Clean, quiet and comfortable, we will be back!

Perfect for our group

We had a great stay at this condo. It was perfect for our group of five. The pullout trundle was very convenient and surprisingly comfortable. We saw dolphin every day from the balcony and enjoyed watching all the different boats go by. Was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Easy walk down the boardwalk to the beach, restaurants and mini golf. We had a great stay and will definitely be back.

Great location for Hurlburt Field and Eglin AFB work

I used this condo to combine work with pleasure. Short drive to the Air Force bases and enjoyed my evenings overlooking the inland water way and walking the beach. I had to adjust my dates a little and the owner was responsive and a pleasure to work with. The condo was clean and comfortable. I will be back this summer with my family!

Relaxing getaway

This property has a great inter coastal view. Very relaxing watching the boats come and go. The location is within easy walking distance of restaurants and the beach. This unit is very nicely decorated and well maintained. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need for cooking meals. The host were very easy to communicate with and responded promptly. Overall a great experience and would highly recommend.

Loved it!

We enjoyed everything about our stay here. We were a little reluctant to book because we didn't see a lot of reviews of this place, but decided to try it. So glad we did! The condo is the best-equipped vacation rental I have ever stayed in. Anything we needed was available, plentiful and of good quality. The trundle bed was perfect for the three year old and the view from the balcony was perfect for his grandfather. We were able to walk to the beach and to restaurants. Don't hesitate to book this place!

Amazing - Best VRBO

This VRBO is my favorite of all the VRBOs around the world we have done. The property owner was fast to respond with odd requests, the property had great pots and pans, great beds, great towels - just everything was nice and not as well loved as most VRBOs. The location on the waterway was idea for watching dolphins and this crane who must live there. The walk to the beach is easy and fun after a rain you will hear the frogs so loud it feels like you are in a movie theater. Overall the place is perfect location if you are in the Fort Walton area - it was nice not to have to deal with Destin traffic. I would definitely recommend to friends and family and would stay again if we are going to be in the area.
