Estamos dedicados a brindar a nuestros huéspedes un excelente servicio y una excelente experiencia de vacaciones. Destin se encuentra a 11 kilómetros y ofrece numerosas actividades de verano, que incluyen excursiones en helicóptero, pesca en alta mar, enormes parques acuáticos y tiendas interminables. Localmente, tenemos un pintoresco distrito del centro, con restaurantes y clubes nocturnos, alquiler de botes, Gulfarium, parasailing y mucho más., Pregunte por nuestro templo y museo indio o nuestro museo de aviones.

Good but not great

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was fine and we had no major issues while we were there. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Location was great for us, near the pool. And the space in this condo was perfect. However, it’s definitely in need of some updates and TLC. The kitchen was barely stocked. For example, we had one normal size teaspoon. So we had to go buy plastic spoons during our stay. There was no laundry basket. So we had to carry armloads of laundry back and forth to the washing machine. Appliances were old and very noisy. The fan in the living room was so loose from the ceiling, we were scared to use it. A little bit of restocking items and updates would go a LONG way for the unit. The bones are great. It just needs some love.

Wonderful vacation!

We had a wonderful stay at this property in Fort Walton Beach! The location was perfect — close to everything we needed and right on the beach. The place was extremely clean and well-maintained, which made us feel right at home. It was ideal for our family, with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing trip. We will definitely be back and plan to rent this property again. Highly recommend!

Nice shower area to desand before a swim in the pool or hot tub. First floor direct access to pool is great benefit of 105. We had toddlers that allowed for quick access to our unit. Clean unit with extra pillows and bedding. Nice unit, not overly decorated so no worries something can be knocked over and broken. Normal, nice, clean, very functional place to stay. The staff is easy to text or call for anything. I suggest booking with Sugar Sands 👍👍

LOVE the location

Communication was great, from the time we booked to the time we checked out. We checked in late at night but all the details for check in had already been provided so it was nice to be able to just arrive and unpack. The location is perfect, we were a few steps away from the pool and only a short walk away from the beach

Perfect Beach Getaway

I would recommend a broom to have in the condo, if there was one, we couldn't find it. The sand starts to build up after a few days. Otherwise perfect stay!

Wonderful vacation

2 adults and 3 teens-there were 2 cots and a fold out couch for xtra sleeping which was nice. There was bedding for the cots and the couch. Great location…very close to pool and beach. Would definitely stay at this condo again

You couldn’t see the ocean due to the sand dunes (which is noted in the description) but I honestly didn’t mind that. It was around the corner from the pool as well as the beach access boardwalk. It was a great spot. For future residents, the covered parking space you get with this one is in the back row in the middle. The numbers on the spots don’t really make much sense. LOL! I would definitely stay in this condo again! It was nice, the owners were helpful when our card wouldn’t go through, and things were clean. The beds were also comfortable!

Island Paradise

I go to Fort Walton every year. I always stay at the Island Princess. It was the first time in this unit. It was very nice. Clean a lot of TV's nice counter seating and tables. Plenty of sleeping for the teens. We had a great time as always. The location of the unit is good. Not in front of the pool but around the corner. So the noise is low level. There is a very nice patio and an extended area beyond the patio that is fenced off with lounge chairs. Then a few a short walk to the steps to the beach. I like the first floor because I have a disability. It is very convenient. The parking is straight across from the front door if you don't want to use the designated 105 and have a handicap tag it is perfect. It is perfect for unloading for sure. I would definitely stay here if you have a disability. I would stay here again for sure. Like I said, I go every year and know the Island Princess and the area very well so you can trust my opinion. Also, I once had a condo in Ft. Walton. I love it there. My happy place.

Private Location

Enjoyed this particular Condo as a private entrance, extremely close to the pool, patio, and beach entry over the dunes. Only drawback, which is in the listing, is that this condo is ground-level, so no beach or ocean view due to the dunes. Far enough away from the pool that it was quiet, and could peacelfully sit on the patio if we chose to. Small little kitchen mishap, but was able to communicate quickly and efficiently with the owners. Can definitely tell the bathtubs are dated, but overall very much enjoyed our stay!

Grab bars at end of tubs would prevent falls when getting out.2. Glass panel beside front door could use some sort of window treatment for better privacy. We taped tissue paper over ours.3. Please make sure units have recently been cleaned. Ours was so dusty I wrote my initials on master bedroom headboard. I also took pictures of this and also the crack in the kitchen island counter top. (Please contact me for these.)4. Step stool to reach items on top shelves in kitchen. I bought one but brought it home with me. We did however leave behind items to donate for the kitchen. Such as larger cutting board, splatter cover for microwave, spatulas, and some dishwashing items.Hot tub and elevators not working were an issue while we were there along with water being shut off due to broken pipes. We were only notified by email on the broken pipes.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our vacation at Ft Walton Beach and the property location was great. Being right on the beach and close to driving distance for everything made it much easier. There were a few minor things not working in our room such as the dryer and stove but management came out right away to fix stove. They also came out mostly everyday in taking laundry for us to wash which was very kind of them. The property was clean and very nice. We were walking distance to stewbys seafood really great place and mini golf. Located right on the beach was awesome. We drive a 5 minute drive to Destin and ate down at Tailfind and rode the pirate ship. Also a minute drive to the Boardwalk and ate at Crab trap, Rocking tacos, and Al's all amazing food places. We walked the pier during sunset right by our place as well. Overall I would definitely recommend this place to others. I think we will be coming back next year!

So close to the pool, beach and a nice lounge area right outside the door. The staff that maintains the property was very helpful. The dryer broke in the unit a few days before we left and they offered to stop by pick up our laundry to wash them and bring them back if we needed them too. I would recommend this location to any of my friends or family.
