This 5-bedroom 4 full bath home has been updated throughout. Located across the street from the Indian River Bay with access to the community boat launch and fishing pier. This reverse floor plan offers 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, full laundry and a second entertaining area on the 2nd floor. There is also a deck off the back bedroom as well as the entertaining area. The 3rd floor offers an open kitchen/living area that opens up to a large deck and a screened porch. There is plenty of seating for entertaining and terrific view of the bay. Tenants will enjoy a gas grill on the back deck. The 4th floor offers a private master retreat with access to a screened porch and stairs leading up to the rooftop deck. For those who are unable to do stairs, no worries! There is a working elevator in the home that goes to all levels. This home offers 2 separate laundry areas as well as a large garage with ample storage space for your water toys. There is an outdoor shower plus off-street parking for 4 cars.
