Clean and great location! Walking distance to the private beach and restaurant. Love that there was a rooftop. 2-3 of the remotes in the house did not have working batteries so we couldn’t adjust the fan and lights, but everything else was perfect. Would book again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If you are looking for a great location near the beach and Paradise Grill, this is it! My family had a wonderful time staying here for a week. We really enjoyed the lookout view, the spacious layout, how clean and well stocked the kitchen was, and the evening golf-cart rides for ice cream!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time at the vacation rental! It was very spacious and beautiful! The bed we used was noisy and the mattress was sunken on each side. Apparently all of the ceiling fan remotes were dead. There’s a problem with the wood around the fireplace. A piece of trim has been pulled out significantly and the wood ship lap is buckled behind the shelf. We still enjoyed the house very much. Thanks you so much!

Great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was beautifully decorated with a great layout. The deck was large and had 2 picnic tables with seating for 16. Great location within walking distance to beach and Paradise Grill. The only complaint I had was about the lack of vacuuming. On day 1 we noticed a lot of dog hair on the small rug and chair legs. We contacted the office and Joan came out to apologize and offered for the cleaners to return. I told her it wasn’t necessary as we had already cleaned it. The other issues that we hope will be addressed in the future is the very loud air conditioning system and the lack of glass door coverings for privacy.

Beautiful Beach House

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was my family's 5th summer staying in a Pot-Nets vacation rental - our first in this house. We will be back! The house was beautiful, spacious, very clean with a great location for my family. My favorite part was the large, covered porch. We ate breakfast there everyday and the dogs absolutely loved monitoring the neighborhood activity from there. Lol. My only concern is the lack of blinds or curtains on the sliding glass doors. Anyone sleeping on the sofa bed will be awake at dawn. The golf cart is such a wonderful bonus and my family enjoyed many rides throughout the community. We made great memories! I can't recommend staying at Pot-Nets and in this house enough.
