This is a Small Family Owned Property. April Yount & her Cousin Jeremiah & wife Kristen Black co-own. April is a Single Mother of Jupiter who’s 3.5 years old. April is the Host, manages the property, cleans, lawn/home maintenance herself.

Jeremiah and his family including their twins of 5 years old, live in Raleigh NC and visit to help with things as well. Jeremiah became co-owner in Dec 2023 to try to help April keep the home.

We Love this space as April, her Dog Nashville & Son Jupiter lived here since buying the home in 2020. Having recently moved out to turn into a short term rental for income needs.

April created a Professional Hot Yoga, Strength Training & Sound Bath Healing Studio inside the home, which is also rented out sometimes as a smaller listing. Yoga Retreats are held in this space as we continue to grow our dream of healing all who enter our Space. One love and we hope to have you soon.

• OUTSIDE PRIVATE OASIS
Total privacy in a wooded backyard oasis for hosting barbecues & enjoying the fresh mountain air. 4-season covered dining w/ large gas BBQ grill for gathering outside in any weather. 4-person hot tub. Large in-ground fire pit w/ plenty of seating, split hardwood available. Outdoor play area for young kids. Pets allowed, ask about fee.
• COMPLETE YOGA + STRENGTH TRAINING STUDIO (downstairs w/ private entry) -Large, dedicated health room w/ outdoor views, premium rubber-cal flooring, green heat. Pro yoga setups and equipment, barre + balls, free weights, lift station, inversion table. Bathroom w shower. This Studio has a private entry.

(This space is shared w the Studio Bdrm: Health Rm to the right, Bdrm to the left can be draped for extra intimacy.)

THE SPACE / BEDROOMS:
5 bedrooms total with queen/king/twin beds. 16 people will sleep comfortably with use of sectional. Plenty of natural light, outlets, and blinds or drapes for privacy. Luxe plush mattresses help you get a restorative night’s sleep. Extra linens.

4 bathrooms total. Bath & hot tub towels.

BEDROOMS
5 bedrooms total. An extra-large curved upholstered sectional in The Lounge provides extra sleep space. 16 adults can comfortably sleep in this home. Plus a crib for 1 child.
KITCHEN / DINING In the heart of the home, you'll find a well-equipped kitchen ready to inspire your culinary adventures. Complete with oils, spices, cookware, & utensils, you'll have everything you need to whip up delicious meals for your group. Coffee options include drip pot or individual K-cups. In-kitchen bar seating for two. Open/adjoining Dining Table seats 6-8. A second open/adjoining Dining Niche seats 4 with loads of natural light and garden views.

PARKING
We have parking spaces for up to 4 vehicles in our driveway, and up to 3 additional vehicles in our grass parking area across from driveway entry. Overflow visitors can park for free in retail spaces 1 block from our home.

Upstairs:
- Tower Bdrm Suite 1 w/ King bed + Futon
- Tower Bdrm Suite 2 w/ King bed + 2 Twin beds + a crib/Pack n play

• TOWER BDRM SUITE 1- quite large, with one king bed and two twin beds. Plus a round tower niche w surrounding windows, rocking chair, outdoor views. Plus a large crib to the side. Skylights provide lots of natural light and can be closed by remote for black-out sleeping. Private bathroom w/ shower.

• TOWER BDRM SUITE 2 (upstairs) - quite large, with a King bed and dressing area. Plus a round tower niche w surrounding windows, upholstered sitting chair, side table, outdoor views. Private bathroom w/ large Jacuzzi tub, dedicated shower, bidet, etc.

STUDIO BEDROOM / HEALTH RM (downstairs w/ private entry) - Bedroom on the left side of this large space, with queen bed and a desk for convenient work station. Beautiful natural light. Full bathroom w/ shower. Private entry.

GUEST BEDROOM 1 (downstairs) - a charming space with queen bed and large airy window wall that can be darkened with blackout-blinds for sleeping in. Dedicated Guest Bathroom/Laundry is located nearby on the stairway landing.

THE LOUNGE - extra-large gathering rm w/ full-room curving upholstered sectional & occasional seating. Full-room window wall with bright garden view. 75" Smart TV. Gas fireplace. Old-school pac-man arcade game.

• DEDICATED WORKSPACE
A large, airy, dedicated Loft Office space is well-suited for working. Guests are welcome to use this Loft Office which is accessible from Tower Bedroom Suite 2 or from the backyard deck area. This studio has a private entry.

GUEST BEDROOM 2-This includes a TV w/ sectional seating + 2 Twin Pullout Beds w/ Linens.
