Desirable end unit two story townhome w/ 1 bdrm & 1.5 baths. Updated kitchen w/ quartz countertops & farm sink. Hardwood floors throughout. Renovated Master w/ large walk in shower, heated floors & towel rack, mini fridge & coffee station. 2 large smart tvs, stacked washer dryer. Located at the entrance of Falls Park in the Historic West End. 2 Private parking spots, walk to everything downtown. Patio furniture & grill for enjoying back patio.

We have a unique 13 unit Townhome complex that is phenomenally situated in the heart of the West End, steps from it all! There are 2 dedicated parking spots directly in front of the unit as well as pet areas on property. We are located at the entrance to Falls Park & the Swamp Rabbit Trail, and also steps to Main Street and all of its Restaurants & Shopping.

LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! Close and convenient to everything, you can literally park your car and not have to drive again your entire trip. Walk everywhere, rent bikes to check out the trail and spots a little farther away, or hop on the trolley. Uber & Lyft are also super easy to hail with wait times normally around 3 minutes or less.

Best Downtown Location in Greenville!

This property has the perfect location: one block from Main Street, Steps to Falls Park and connecting to Cleveland Park, convenient to Augusta Road, and Fluor Field. Very clean. It's an end unit so quiet. Would be my first choice in Greenville every time.

2nd time

We have spent 2 separate trips in two different units with this property manager in this same area. Both have been exceptional. The location is ideal for access to downtown, and to the trail and park system which is just glorious. The place was clean, organized, comfortable and well appointed. We will continue to book this spot for our regular trips to Greenville. Highest possible regard and ratings.

Superb location!! We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay during our visit to Greenville. Loved that downtown is within walking distance. The property was clean, well organized, and Hunter was super easy to interact with. Will definitely visit again!

Spring Getaway

We couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay. The host was quick to respond to my messages. He even gave us recommendations for places to eat and outdoor activities. The home was exactly as pictured and had everything we needed, and more. The location was perfect!!! Once we arrived, we didn’t need our car. We were able to walk everywhere!!! Our only regret is the baseball team was playing away while we were here (my fault for not checking the schedule before planning our trip). I would highly recommend this home to anyone planning a trip to Greenville!

Everything about the property listed online was so accurate. Upon our arrival, we originally didn’t think it was within walking distance, but it’s an amazing location. I could live there. Hunter’s communication was extremely prompt. I would definitely stay there again and I had people who were in town with us. Ask for the details because everybody wants to come back to Greenville and spend more time there and would like to stay there.

Perfect launch pad for downtown Greenville!

Truly excellent location and the townhome was perfect for our weekend getaway. Comfortable bedding, great shower, and well-appointed kitchen. Homeowner/property manager made check-in very easy. Would definitely recommend.

Walkable Greenville

Great location on the west end of Greenville. We parked the car and rarely used it could walk or bike where we wanted to go. Easy access to shops , restaurants, theater and green space. Neighbors were friendly and quiet. There is a train that goes thru at night which I found charming. I do wish there were bins for recycling.

Terrific townhome!

We loved this townhome! The owner of this two-story spot responds quickly, and the unit is well appointed with everything you might need. The location is perfect...walking distance to restaurants, parks, and trails but quieter than right downtown with no traffic or siren noises. Greenville is a wonderful city, and this townhome is an excellent VRBO find!

This property was amazing. Super clean. Easy to use TVs with your own apps (sign out when you leave of both, not just one TV). Amazing location. Only 1 block from Fluor Feild, Main St, riding/walking trail. Can’t say enough! Was perfect. Best VRBO I’ve used so far. We will be back.

Great place!

This is a great place to stay. An easy walk to restaurants and all the sites that downtown Greenville has to offer. It is immaculate and comfy. Hunter was a great host and immediately responded to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again.

25th getaway

We had a great time exploring Greenville and this place was just what we wanted. Host is quick getting back to you with questions, place was super clean and had just what we needed and location was walking distance to lots of things to do. Definitely recommend this one!
