We’re also sorry that several aspects of the home did not meet your expectations and that the property appeared to need more attention and TLC. We sincerely apologize for the issues you experienced with the TVs. We understand how frustrating that must have been, especially after you contacted us on arrival and had maintenance come out, only to have the TVs remain unusable for the rest of your stay. We’re particularly sorry to hear that your husband was recovering from major surgery and that having a working TV was important for his comfort during your vacation. We understand why this was especially disappointing. We also appreciate you bringing the bathroom concerns to our attention, including the mold in the guest bathroom shower, low shower height in the primary bathroom, and weak water pressure. These are items we take seriously and will be reviewing with our maintenance and housekeeping teams. The condition of the sofas, sliding doors, and other areas you mentioned will also be brought to the owner’s attention as we evaluate needed upgrades. We’re disappointed that we didn’t provide the level of comfort and upkeep you deserved, and we appreciate you giving us the opportunity to address these concerns. Your feedback is valuable as we work toward improving the property and the guest experience.
