The space
This home has everything you will need for a comfortable relaxing stay. You will enter to a gated drive in area with parking for up to 3 cars with a covered car port and walkway to the entrance.
We have on the top floor, two bedrooms. The first is a large main, with floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that open to a large north facing balcony with a beautiful ocean view. The room has a closet, king size bed and ensuite with walk in shower, two sinks, a separate soaking tub, and closet. Also on the top floor is a smaller bedroom. It has floor to ceiling sliding glass doors to a small north facing balcony with ocean view. The room has two beds which can be made into one King size, and a small bright 3 piece ensuite with toilet, sink and walk-in shower.
Downstairs on the main floor is another comfortable bedroom again with floor to ceiling north facing sliding glass doors, a king bed, large closet, and small 3 piece ensuite with toilet, sink and walk-in shower. Fourth room is set up as an office but can be a bedroom with small fold out couch, or air mattress. There is a large bathroom right across from office with walk-in shower bathtub and sink.
Also on the main floor is a spacious open concept, kitchen, and dining area with a small step down to the living room area. Again the north facing wall is floor to ceiling sliding glass doors which open up to a walk out deck and swimming pool, all facing the nearby ocean, and Ocotal beach.
The east side doors walk out to a large covered patio with a dining table and beautiful multi functional bbq/outdoor kitchen. There is also a fully equipped laundry room with storage.
