Red Riviera is a brand-new condo located in Escondido at Sienna Hills. With its open-concept main floor, it's a great place to spend family time! You'll find a large well-stocked kitchen for preparing meals. In the living area is a large sectional in front of a cozy fireplace. There is laundry conveniently located in the condo for your use. Upstairs there is a large master bedroom with a private en-suite. The guest bedroom and bunk room share a bathroom also located upstairs. Downstairs is a small kid's area with fun toys to entertain! Off the main living area downstairs is a patio with seating, perfect for relaxing in the evenings or whenever you want some fresh air!

You will have access to the pickleball court and the community pool is now open!

Are you looking for adventure? There are endless trails to discover. This home is the perfect spot for mountain bikers and outdoor lovers of Southern Utah. This beautiful Southern Utah Vacation Home is located near all the Southern Utah attractions. Zion National Park is less than an hour away, Sand Hollow and Quail Creek are 15-20 min. Located just minutes away from tons of shopping and restaurants in Washington, and downtown St. George is only 15 min away. You will have easy access to bike and hiking trails, shopping, dining, and an abundance of other activities to make it the best vacation experience. Parking: The home has a small garage with a plug for an EV charger. (Bring your own cord) Additional unnumbered parking spaces are available around the community within walking distance. If bringing an ATV trailer, they can be parked in an open parking space but must be un-hitched from the support vehicle. There are extra long parking spaces located on one side of the community for Trailers and RVs.

Clean and convenient location

Loved everything about this place. The beds were nice, the location was conveniently located to many restaurants, grocery stores, recreational areas and only 10 minutes from historic downtown St. George. Looking to rent this place again when football season starts in the fall.

Great place to stay!

We came to St George for a wedding and loved our stay at Red Riviera. House was well stocked, very clean and the check in/out process was seamless. Communication was great with staff. We would definitely stay again! A pool would have been great although it’s being built now. We also wish we would have had access to pickle ball paddles and ball to utilize the courts.

Amazing Rental

The location is perfect. The home is tastefully decorated and has all (and more) of the amenities you would expect. Great walking trails and just minutes from everything. Plenty of space for everyone and everything. Having access to the garage and visitor parking so close really is a big advantage. A lot of places don't grant you that convenience. The rooms are spacious, comfortable beds, seating, and very clean. The entire layout lets you relax and enjoy those that are with you. The PM group was so easy to work with. That was refreshing! A lot of places are just in it for the money. They really did think of everything, a lot of little things that most owners and PM's miss, they got it right. This is perfect for a family get away! We will be back and back. Hopefully we won't block others from enjoying such an amazing experience. Book this early as we discovered. It's really is one of the few places we feel we got our money's worth and more!

Great Location for Access to Zion & Golfing

Property is brand new and well thought out for a vacation rental. Access from the garage couldn’t be easier and would be ideal for a bike trip. We didn’t bike but there are nearby trail systems that look amazing. Rental is comfortable especially the pit couch area. Traveling with teenagers we could all be spread out and be comfy. Bedrooms are very nice. Unit is in a new area that is definitely a neighborhood but didn’t have any negatives from units nearby. There is no new construction in the immediate area.

Beautiful home poor management

Unfortunately when my got there the door would not unlock and the emergency number we called was unable to give us the garage code so my poor wife and children had to sit in the car in the dark and cold for over 40 mins waiting for the supposedly quick response emergency line to call us back and give us the garage code to get in. Then after they got us in they apologized and said someone would Be over the next morning to fix it. Well that didn’t happen it actually took them 2 days to come and fix the front door. Was Terribly disappointed in the customer service end of this.

Short stay

This was a very nice and clean property. My family consists of 6 kids and two adults. It fit us perfectly. The beds were comfy and we enjoyed watching tv together. Our only suggestion would be more hand towels for the kitchen. While cleaning up we only found one hand towel in the kitchen. Made it hard to dry dishes ( mostly pots and pans). We were able to park our suburban in the garage. We would definitely come again. Especially if their is a pool in the future for this development.
