Bear Paw Trail is a pet-friendly condo in Sports Village, so you can bring your furry friends along! Bear Paw Trail has everything you need for a weekend getaway. From the balcony off the master, you can see the sports court at the clubhouse - so the pool, hot tubs, and recreation are a very short walk from the unit. This condo can accommodate up to 6 people!

Bear Paw Trail is located just down the road (about 2 minutes) from some of St. George's best hiking and biking trails! Bear Claw Poppy is one of these trails, it's the perfect mountain biking trail for all! If you're a beginner or an expert! This trail has many veins ranging in all difficulties, so everyone can feel comfortable and enjoy the ride. Bear Paw Trail is in a prime location, with close access to the freeway and to many restaurants, stores, and shops.

Bear Paw Trail is located in Sports Village, which has plenty of amenities that everyone will love! From the outdoor swimming pool and spa to the pickleball courts and gym there is something for everyone. You won't want to miss the chance to stay at this beautiful condo.

Things to be aware of this property:
1. The master bedroom is small. The king size bed takes up most of the space. The room is cozy, but not spacious.
2. This property does NOT have an ice machine. It has ice trays. If you need more ice, you can bring in a bag of ice.
4. The AC is old and may take a while to cool down. During the hottest parts of the summer, it may not hold the temperature as well as you'd like.

PETS: This home is pet friendly so the whole family can tag along for the vacation!
Bringing a pet, you will be subject to a one time $150 fee per pet.
Please notify us of the number, breed and weight of any pets you will be bringing. (all animals must be under 50 pounds)
We ask that you do not allow your pets onto the furniture.
We do provide lint rollers at the home for your use to assist us in removal of pet hair from furniture and bedding.
While it is impossible to remove all signs of pet hair, our cleaners do thoroughly clean the entire home including bedding and furniture.

PARKING: There is free parking around the community. There is also fenced parking available to rent for Trailers and RV's. Rented at the clubhouse $5 a day. No reservations, first come first serve. Clubhouse is open until 10pm.

NOTE: All occupancies are subject to owner approval.
NOTE: Recent changes to the homeowner's association insurance coverage have required the removal of private grills. Community grills are available for use at the clubhouse.

Master: King - Sleeps 1-2. Has a direct bathroom, but not private.

Guest Room - Queen/Queen Bunk Sleeps 1-4

Hide-a-bed in great room: Queen - Sleeps 1-2

There are about 10 steps from the street level to the door of this unit. Once in the unit, there are no stairs.

Great place in Sports Village

This property was a wonderful place for our family to stay. The condo felt updated and modern. The only thing that was a little wonky was the bathroom. I think the design was to allow multiple people use it at different times but it was small and felt like we were in a closet.

Perfect for my family

This place was perfect for my family very clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed for a home away from home. With a bonus pool and tennis court right out the doorstep. Would definitely stay here again.

Red Mountain Half Marathon Stay

So glad we found this awesome condo while visiting Santa Clara. Fit our family perfectly, very well stocked and super clean. Would definitely stay there again!

Our stay was good. The community was great with the basketball court and pool. The WiFi password posted in the unit was not correct, but they did give us the correct one in a timely manner.

It is really some very nice property. Bear Paw and F8 both were very comfortable and clean. However there was a mishap at Bear Paw , which was why I moved Truely it was the people/staff that was the best. Very kind and attentive.over to F8 of Sports Village. And that was also very nice.

Clean,great location, great ammenities

We were pleased to find a clean, modern condo. Great location for shopping, restaurants and Huntsman games ball diamonds 10-15 min for Bloomington and Little valley diamonds For 4 of us one bathroom wasn’t enough. ( One couple and two friends ) We quite enjoyed the living space. Thank you for allowing our stay at your condo There was no tea kettle 😁😁

Good Stay

Good stay overall and we had a great time and fantastic weather. My only criticisms are the bathroom layout and closed main pool. The bathroom is tiny and has so many entrances that it’s hard to move around. The main pool and hot tubs were closed, which was pretty disappointing for our kids on spring break. Fortunately, they did open the adult lap pool to everyone but it got really crowded. It was also cloudy water and way too much chlorine. Thanks for sharing your place with us!

Awful smell

Absolutely terrible stench of dog pee throughout. The host was nice and tried to accommodate but I could not stay there. After only one hour the smell was intolerable. I booked none months in advance and there were no other VRBO options so had to cough up a ridiculous amount of money for a lousy hotel room. Hoping the host makes it right with a refund like she said she would but still nothing.

Didn’t deliver

When we arrived noticed that the pool card, club house card and storage keys were missing. Notified the managing group and that was the last we heard from them. The place itself is nicely updated and cozy. The walls are thin, so if you’re a light sleeper, this isn’t the place for you. We were given instructions to clean the furniture with a lint roller, which wasn’t there. Under the beds are dusty. The bulb in the fridge was out, so I replaced it. Also, the nightlight bulb was burned out so we had to leave the lamp on all night for the kids. The gym is small but you can get most of what you need done. We never saw the pool or hot tub bc we didn’t have the cards to use them. One rainy day, the kids and I had fun playing ping pong in the game room. I was bummed that the skee ball was missing from the game room. The ladies at the gym check in desk were pleasant.

Great Location, but Needs Improvement

As the titles states, this condo has a great location to the area clubhouse and to the Green Valley trail system. It was a great place to jump off to other areas in the St. George area. The place has a storage room in the parking areas which was an excellent place for our bikes. Our boys loved having a bunk bed to sleep in. As for improvements, the condo was only marginally clean. The carpets were dirty near the entrance and long-term dust build up was apparent throughout the place. I feel like the owner is being short-changed by the individual(s) that clean. Secondly, a couple of the outlets in the master bedroom did not work, and a few lightbulbs were burnt out, there was only one paper towel roll available, and the unit did not have a key to the 18 and older pool. Lastly, communication was lacking with the property manager. They had limited knowledge about what the unit had regarding kitchen tools/appliances, but told us that we would just have to find out when we got there. Poor customer service. I would stay in the same area again, but in a different unit.

Dog friendly, decent place to crash

Our stay is best summarized as alright. There were several things we found inconvenient. The toaster was broken, the bathroom smelled, the bunk bed was pretty rickety, and the community does not pick up dog poop so there’s many months of other dog poop in all the grassy areas which is frankly disgusting and a health issue. We ended up not using any of the community amenities(pool, basketball court, etc) because we didn’t want to get us and our kids through the minefields of dog poop. Primary bedroom did have a king sized bed that was comfortable. The bedding throughout was clean. We didn’t end up eating here except for breakfast so I can’t comment on the kitchen much except that the stove, fridge and dishwasher did work, but the toaster unfortunately was broken. We had the internet password change on us halfway through our stay which required us to search through the 50 emails we got from property management to find the new up to date one. Seems that they were in the middle of switching systems or something. We also had a weird issue with the door lock where an alarm went off for a second and then for the last 2 days of our stay we had to use only the mobile app to lock and unlock the door to the unit. Just kind of strange and slightly inconvenient. Overall a tolerable last minute booking that gave us a place to stay with our dog.
