Tiki Hollow - Waterfront house w/ Huge martini deck!

New to vacation rentals in 2024! This cozy three bedroom waterfront house offers the perfect setting for families or friends to come together and create lasting memories at Lake of the Ozarks. The amazing outdoor space is complete with a tiki bar on the dock, a water mat, corn hole, and a huge martini deck that sits right on the water, allowing guests to immerse themselves in the beauty of the lake. Enjoy fishing or sunning on the swim platform on the dock or take it all in from the expansive back deck. The boat slip (12'x32' with no lift) is available for guest use.

This house is the perfect blend of comfort and convenience with three bedrooms and two full bathrooms on one level. Two of the bedrooms have king beds and the third bedroom has a double and a queen bed. There is also a bonus futon in the living area to accommodate two more people. The living room is warm and inviting and the kitchen is fully stocked and has island stools and a dining table as well so you can accommodate your entire group for meals. You can always book with confidence through Four Seasons Property Management!

Please note: There is parking available for 3 cars at the house. We DO NOT recommend bringing a trailer to the house. The road is narrow and the driveway is steep. There is trailer parking (small fee) about 1 mile from the house.

Family trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property and amenities were wonderful. The only drawback were the neighbors dogs which came over everyday we were there and caused us to not be able to use the back porch for three whole days. This problem has been going on for 6 months according the the sweet neighbor. Other thank that we enjoyed ourselves. Thank you.

This property was perfect for our trip! The water access is unmatched. Water mat and other toys were provided. For pit and grill were a great summer touch. The only downside was the driveway. It was near impossible to get out of. Our party kept all cars, except one, at Walmart or the gas station down the street. The one we kept at the house was parked at the top of the steps. We attended the winery just down the street, which was lovely. Overall, a great stay and would recommend to others.

June vaca

The property was perfect for all ages. Perfect location, nice and secluded but still close enough to shops and food. Linens were provided, but limited. Washer and dryer was there so not a huge deal. House was perfect, property management company could use some work. We came home from an outing to 6 men in our place as they had double booked. They took care of the men and got them a new place, but never reached out to us to make sure all was okay on our end. We have multiple teenage girls and women in our group, and we were kinda spooked the last couple nights without any follow up from them. I did find that strange.

Everything was great about the property. The only thing we weren’t a fan of was the driveway. Very sketchy parking on it. We had to leave vehicles at the gas station down the street and shuttle.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented Tiki Hollow for 4 nights because we liked what we saw online on the lake side. This place did not disappoint. The dock, large deck with fire pit and covered sitting area were our focal points during our stay. The house was very clean and well stocked. Nothing to worry about if you forgot something. The location was perfect for us. It is a private neighborhood that made it feel like our daily retreat after spending the day in the busier part of the area. The only strikes I would give this place are the air conditioning didn’t work out last night and the driveway is extremely steep with room for 2 small vehicles. Overall great experience and family memories!

Lake getaway

This property is amazing. We had the most relaxing week here. Everything you need to enjoy yourself is available. We most enjoyed the swim dock and tiki hut/bar area! We swam and floated every day. House was in a great location, close to Osage Beach for many restaurants and also close to Camdenton, hiking at Ha Ha Tonka State Park is a must! Would so love to come back to this lake home again!

Very clean

The house was very clean. The bathrooms are loaded with nice towels folded like a fancy hotel. The house is stocked like someone lives there, salt and pepper, seasoning, coffee, a ziplocks. The appliances are heavy duty and new, plenty of hot water, and cold ac. The living room futon was actually worth sleeping on, my wife took a nap on it and commented that it was comfy. The dock is really nice, and they have floaties available. The only downside is the driveway is steep. Great place overall
