Located within minutes of historic and beautiful downtown Eureka, Arkansas, this home will offer you privacy when you want it and excitement when you don’t!
Enjoy one of the few properties in Eureka that has enough room for trucks pulling trailers and level enough that you wont have to worry about scraping in a lowered sportscar!

Host was very accommodating and available when questions arose. Beautiful property. House needed some cosmetic upgrades but nothing that affected our comfort.

The host was very easy to contact and available to answer questions. We accidentally locked ourselves out and he was able to get the cleaning crew to let us in within an hour which was very much appreciated. However he was quick to let us know that we were the first to ever make this mistake, and said to be sure not to do it again as the cleaning lady was a very busy person. The beds were comfortable. The location was great. It is a 3 bedroom with an extra air up bed, the sofas were advertised as double sofa beds but are only sofas, not beds. There is a bunk house with a bed just a short distance from the house without a bathroom. Overall we had a great time.

The steak was very nice house was incredibly close to downtown even with traffic. It took us five minutes, and we went on more of the busier weekends. The house was large and opened, but far enough away from all the hustle and bustle to be quiet as.

Really enjoyed this place. Sits at the end of a road close to town and everything! The setting is really beautiful because it backs up to the woods and you have a ton of privacy while sitting on the big deck. Beds are comfy and place was super clean and they have a lot of “extra” stuff available. I would actually give it an overall rating of 4.5. Only thing I think would be good is a grill. Otherwise awesome place to stay and the owner was super nice and helpful. Answered questions right away! Thank you again!

This is a large home with 3 large bedrooms and each bedroom has its own bathroom. There was 1 bedroom detached from the house with no bathroom out there. We didnt use that area but it was available. Big beautiful kitchen. Location is great, not far from the Historic Downtown Eureka Springs. Its seculded at the end of a dead end road. Plenty of parking. Nice and quiet home amongst the trees. Its a great home for couples. Not recc for small children, elderly, or people unable to climb stairs due to a large set of stairs and walkway. Had plenty of towels and supplies included. Could use a fresh coat of paint on the walls and minor touch-ups.

Great visit to Eureka Springs. This property was ideal for our needs. The location is a plus for getting some peace and quiet but close to everything.

Beautiful place

We absolutely loved this house! Only thing I can say is we did not know the bunkhouse was not attached to the house, which a surprise but it worked out perfect. Only needed to have either a half bath or full bath in there. However the owner told me they were putting a full bath in there which would make this place perfect. We will definitely stay here again. Soo peaceful

Beautiful and quiet

We enjoyed staying here for the weekend to celebrate one of our friends 40th. It was quiet and very spacious. We enjoyed drinking our coffee and watching the deers walk by. It was super close to all the things.

A Little Getaway

The place was great! It was decorated for Christmas, which was very nice. There is a lot of room on the property. Enjoyed watching the deer out back from the balcony. The upstairs bathtub was amazing. Loved the space in the kitchen. I definitely recommend this place. Wishing You a Happy New Year!

Very spacious and clean. Everyone loved the soft big bathroom towels. The large deck perfect for sitting outside to enjoy the nice view and perfect weather. There was ample room for parking all 4 cars. Overall, this place was a great getaway location to enjoy a fun weekend with friends. It was a quiet out of town location that was not really out of town!

Weekend away.

Enjoyed but the rooms all had king or queen beds. Had adult kids that didn’t want to share. To sleep 10, 2 probably on the 2 couches that don’t pull out. Great location, quiet and nice country feeling in town.

Quick birthday trip

We stayed at this property for a quick birthday trip for our son. The house was beautiful, clean, and had everything you could think of! The owner was quick to respond to our communications. We would definitely stay here again!!!
