The Loft is a spacious 2 bed, 2 bath condo, located in Sports Village. Being on the 3rd level, this condo offers amazing views of Snow Canyon and Pine Mountain. To fully enjoy the surrounding views, this property offers the unique ambiance of a large balcony! Relax here during the morning, days, or night, and you'll have views to enjoy any time of the day.

The condo has a spacious, fully stocked kitchen and a large living area with flat screen TV, perfect for family time! It features 2 spacious bedrooms. The master suite having a private bathroom and another full bath in the hall. Both bedrooms have access to the large balcony overlooking the area! You'll also find a washer and dryer at the unit for your convenience. Bedroom 2 has a fun loft area with Xbox, perfect for the kids!

PARKING: This condo has a covered parking space and a storage room which can store 3-4 mountain bikes depending on size. There is free parking all around the community as well. There is also fenced parking available to rent for Trailers and RV's. Rented at the clubhouse $5 a day. No reservations, first come first serve. Clubhouse is open until 10pm.

The Loft offers a variety of amenities you will have access to during your stay. Some of the amenities are an outdoor pool and hot tub, playground for the kids, pickleball and tennis courts. Ride your mountain bike directly from the property into the hills of St George, or glide along miles of paved biking trails. Located up the road about 2 minutes from the condo, you can find various hiking, walking, or jogging trails to venture onto. Additionally, all the great St. George activities, restaurants, shops and stores are close enough for your enjoyment during your stay. Escape to St. George and vacation the right way at The Loft!

NOTE: Recent changes to the homeowners association insurance coverage has required removal of private grills. There are community grills available for use at the club house.

Bedroom 2 - Has a Full-size bed (Sleeps 1-2)
Loft in Bedroom 2 - Includes a futon, 2 bean bag chairs, TV and Xbox 360. The futon folds into a full-size bed and is the perfect size for 1 adult or 2 children/teenagers to sleep on. (Sleeps 1-2)

Excellent Accommodations

We enjoyed our stay at The Loft. Check-in was easy and there is a designated parking spot. The unit was clean and spacious. It was too hot to use the tennis or pickleball courts but it was nice having an adult only lap pool and a gym. The location does not have amenities within walking distance but there are stores, hiking, etc. within a short drive. The one change I would recommend is having some coffee and condiments in the unit.

Excellent property and location!

This condo is really nice and well kept! The rooms are spacious, and there is a fun loft for gaming the kids loved. The queen-size bed was very comfortable, and the master bathroom is spacious. There are many family-friendly activities at this location: pool, hot tub, courts, mini golf, ping pong, pool table, etc. We enjoyed our stay!

Nice property

We stayed 6 nights for the Huntsman Games in October. The property was as described and well stocked with essentials. The property was overall clean with the exception of the heavy traffic areas of the carpet and the rugs. The beds were comfortable, but one of the bed frames creaked loudly every the person moved, which was a bit annoying. In general, the property was good for what we needed. I would recommend this property to others.

A home away from home

The best location in the Sports Village just next to the adult swimming pool. Well equipped kitchen, very comfortable beds, huge balcony and nice living room. All furnitures were in a very good shape. Very clean condo with all necessary amenities.

Perfect size for my party

We enjoyed our stay and the amenities offered. The only area of improvement would be to clean the carpet. If the carpets were cleaned prior to our arrival then I would suggest installing new carpet. There was an odor in the unit.

We really enjoyed our stay. Check in was really easy and communication with the owners was excellent. A few more hand towels and wash cloth's would have been nice. There also appeared to be a stain on the carpet in the living room. Other than that the property was clean and very well taken care of.

Lovely Loft!

Just what we needed!

It was a nice comfortable place to stay.The loft was fun for our teenagers. Having the swimming pool close was nice. The host is very prompt with questions we needed answered. We definitely will stay here again.

Quaint Condo - Perfect for Families

This condo is perfect for a family with all ages! It was close to the pool and the gaming loft was a hit with my boys. The space was clean and well stocked. It had so much charm with beautiful decor. We plan on coming back!

Easy escape to St. George

Stayed here for a long weekend with my parents and 5-month old daughter. Check-in and check-out were easy (and we appreciated the host accommodating our late check-out request). We enjoyed the pool and pickleball courts, as well as sunny balcony in the morning. We were pleasantly surprised to find a crib in the closet of the primary bedroom. Overall, a great spot for a long weekend though it would be a little tight for a longer trip with two couples (since second bedroom only has a full bed).

Fun condo!

The condo was comfortable and the loft was a huge hit with my son which was the main reason we rented this unit. The communication before check in was pretty good but after check in not so much. They cleaned the carpets and I think it was to cover up for someone smoking in the unit which I wish had been disclosed because the unit still smelled strongly. They let us know about the carpet cleaning but not the odor itself. Other than the smell the unit was very clean and I would absolutely stay again! I enjoyed the unit very much and I loved that there was plenty of towels and linens available even for my small family of four!

Oasis filled with rest and fun!

This property was absolutely amazing and the unit was everything they said it would be!! We spent a day at Zion NP exploring which was great! We also built in a day to our vacation to spend a day on site at the property to relax by the pool and enjoy all it had to offer. We played tennis, pickle ball, mini golf and pool. The deck was great to sit on and enjoy my coffee!! Owners got us all the info we needed in a timely fashion and the unit was like an oasis to relax and enjoy. Kitchen was great for making meals, laundry units were great to have and the kids couldn’t get enough of the loft! We all loved it and would definitely go back again!!

Great place close to mountain trails

Nice complex with great amenities. Nice clean unit. Didn’t have enough extra sheets for our family at first but the management company was very quick to respond and bring more bedding.
