Beautiful flat in a convenient location. Only complaints were the cheap mattress and minimal curtains to keep the sunrise out of your eyes at 630am.

It's charming, with original wood and style. The neighborhood is lovely. I had everything I need in this apartment. I appreciate the nice hot water, large windows and large closet for my suitcase. I would stay here again!

Location was good. The unit was decorated nicely. There were clear instructions everywhere. The bed was not the best quality but not uncomfortable. It was great there was parking next door. A bit more attention to detail would have make the stay better. For example there were mugs and coffee pods but no sugar or milk/creamers.

Clear instructions regarding parking and entering/exiting building. Accurate description of property, cute and clean. Walkable distance to Grog shop and several restaurants. 5/5 Would recommend.

Pleasant Stay in Cleveland

We came into town for a Guardians game and this place did not disappoint--clean, smartly decorated, and conveniently located with a very communicative host. If we're in town again, we wouldnt hesistate to re-book this property. Thank you!

Nice Stay in Cozy Cleveland Heights

The unit was very clean and well laid out. All the basics were fine. Excellent location in Cleveland Heights with quick access to Coventry area, University Circle, and Little Italy. I will definitely stay here again. Good value.

This was the perfect little space for my fiancée and I to spend the night. It was a hot weekend, but the box fan helped enough to sleep through the night. Terrific!

Apartment comfortable and well appointed although no extra TP or plastic bags. Bed good. For me, there were too many instructional signs. I counted 16. Some were useful but numerous were threatening of a punitive measure. Some that were not friendly were signed, “Kia you friendly host!”The most unpleasant part are the hallways and stairs of the building which are littered, not vacuumed and unkempt. I know this is not the responsibility of the apt owner but the appearance makes a poor impression.

Clean and Quiet in Cleveland Heights

My stay was for 2 nights. Response from host was great with very detailed instructions for check in and check out. The neighborhood was good and was convenient to where I needed to be. I felt safe walking from the parking lot to the door of the building at night. Studio apartment was clean and comfortable and had everything I needed for my stay. I would stay here again.

Easy and convenient

Room is cozy and perfect for two people. The parking lot is great. Within a half hour of everything.. went to west side market, the Christmas story house, art museum and walked to little Italy for dinner. Kia was very thorough with her instructions and very prompt with her response

Was so excited...but...very disappointed

The photos looked great and what we were looking for. Unfortunately, looks can be deceiving. There was mold in the shower, some outlets didn't work, there was staples holding up wallpaper, sour sponges that made the kitchen smell, and the bar in the middle of the bed was so uncomfortable. In addition, we planned on cooking a few things and there was only two of everything, plates, silverware, etc.. making it challenging to say the least.I am sure the building had once been a beautiful apartment or hotel, but it smelled like dirty diapers and strong spices.We have never had a bad VRBO experience prior to this one, so we were expecting the same quality that we have had in the past.

1. The two corners of the rug in the living room should be taped down for safety reason. Anyone could trip over. 2. The bathtub could use a grip rubber mat especially for older people. I need to hang on the door so as not to slip. 3. It is decorated nicely and clean. Cute is the word that comes in my mind. 4. The entrance area in the building could be kept cleaner and more inviting with plants.

Great location, cute place, but VERY small.

The apartment was clean, but the stairway leading up to the apartment was over the top filthy. In the apartment there was a sign/directions for everything you can imagine. The sign on one door said extra towels, toilet paper, etc., was in there, but they were not, and fortunately, we didn’t need them.
