Southern Comfort @ The Cabana is on the BOARDWALK, OCEANFRONT and GATED with POOLS, ELEVATOR and PARKING! Upgraded and updated two bedroom, 2 full bath, top floor elevator accessible unit, ON THE BOARDWALK, directly in the center of town and walkable to everything! Leave your car and troubles behind and enjoy waking up to the sound of the ocean, full strand views, and fireworks viewing from your covered deck, in a safely gated building. With a full kitchen, laundry in condo, and insta hot so you never run out of hot water, you will have every comfort you need to relax and enjoy the beauty of Carolina Beach and all it has to offer! We will have a welcome basket with mini shampoos, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues. Linens and bath towels, wireless internet included.

There are many fishing charters, jet skiing, tiki pub boat tours, parks, kayaking, biking and paddle boarding options! In addition, our Island is the most significant historical site in NC at Fort Fisher. We also have an award winning Aquarium on the Island. Drive your truck onto the North End or South end and enjoy a day on the beach unparalleled in most places in the country where you can drive directly on to the beach strand and surf fish, barbecue and get away to even more peace and quiet. Enjoy the State Park for stargazing, kayaking, boating, a stroll on the river beaches, or hiking and searching for some Venus Fly Traps, native in the world to this area only. With over 30 places to eat and multiple Tiki/fishing piers, our Island offers so much beauty and so many things to do, we are proud to share it with you! Please note: The boardwalk area of downtown Carolina Beach is a festive and fun fully walkable area! The Cabana is literally right in the middle of town at the beach and boardwalk. It can be noisy in the front bedroom until 11 pm on weekends because there is a live music venue across the street. *other than any bounced payment fees, option of traveler insurance for $89 or refundable damage deposit $750 and/or damage fees, etc.

Vacation Get Away

This property was great. Location..location…location. A few steps from the beach and all the boardwalk activities and great restaurants. We will definitely be back.

Perfect place for us

This condo had everything plus location, amenities, great music, food, you name it. We really lived the surprise wine and cookies and travel bag with goodies. Amazing experience!

Perfect location

We had the best time. The condo was clean and the beds are so soft and amazing for sleeping. The location is absolutely perfect for walking distant for fun and entertainment. Food is near by. Saves you from parking and driving out every time. We enjoyed the fireworks and honestly I recommend everyone stay for the show. You don’t even have to leave your balcony.

Great location

Location was what it was all about for us. We parked our car the day we arrived and it never moved until we left. The unit was comfy, clean and stocked with everything we needed. My friend had an issue with the coffee pot and the manager was there within 10 minutes with a new coffee maker! Everything was perfect so thank yoj very much for letting us stay in your unit!

Excellent location

This property is in a perfect location, right on the beach and less than a block from shops and restaurants. It has everything you could want out of a beach condo. This was the perfect place for a getaway with friends!

We had a great time!!! The location is perfect. Your balcony faces the ocean and you have a view of the pool. You can see the fireworks great from your balcony. You are right on the boardwalk and steps away from the rides and restaurants.The condo is spotless clean. The beds are comfortable. The owners anticipated all the guests needs such as: A loaded kitchen with all pots, pans, dishes,utensils and many appliances, beach towels and chairs etc. And many other amenities.So just book it!! Everyone needs some Southern Comfort

Our stay

We all had a great time and we had all that we needed. There was even a really nice gift basket. It was nice that there were beach chairs for us to use. There were a lot of nice restaurants within walking distance that we enjoyed. The only bad thing was it was sometimes noisy at night. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for smaller individuals with small kids

The inside of unit is a lot smaller than it looks on the hosts pictures. There was no pantry to put our food up and balcony is super small compared to listed picture. The worst part is the master shower! Very very small. I could hardly wash. A/c is great and location great!

Absolutely Amazing!

I cannot express how wonderful our trip was here! We honestly parked our car and walked everywhere to eat out every night, hit the arcade, and shopping. We ended up getting parking in the parking deck underneath where we were staying and was able to leave all our beach stuff in the car so we just came off the beach unloaded and loaded back up in the morning. The access is so easy to wheel wagons and everything! The condo was very clean and comfortable! We loved the board games, especially the Karen game! We wanted to stay here longer! We loved it!!! Oh and the beach towels were wonderful, also having the washer and dryer!

Super cute condo with amazing location!

We really loved everything about this condo. You cannot get a better location and there is an elevator! The property comes with linens are there are no crazy cleaning requirements. Everything was ready to go when got there, so we could start enjoying our vacation ASAP. I was slightly worried about the beach being busy, sine we were on the Boardwalk and next to a hotel but it was not a problem at all. It was not busy in font of the building and we had plenty of room to relax. My son loved the pool and swam everyday when he was tired of the beach/ocean. It was great being so close to everything. We walked over for donuts every morning, left our stuff on the beach and walked to lunch every day, then walked to dinner every night. I really can't say enough good things about this property!

Fabulous Long Weekend

This condo checks all the boxes for a smooth and fun trip to the beach! This was a last minute long weekend decision to come to the beach and so we were thrilled to come across availability of a place right on the boardwalk! They've thought of everything in this space and while small(ish), you have everything. 2 bedrooms, one with 2 twins, 2 bathrooms (rare), W/D (rare) and a full kitchen. They provide all the kitchen stuff you might need, beach towels, beach chairs, basic toiletries and 2 parking spots! We were late arrivals so we had to park across the street in a designated lot, but by the next day we moved to a shaded spot under the building. However, because of the location you don't even need your car. This condo is on the top/4th floor (5 flights of steps), but there is an elevator, luggage carts and a loading zone. Had a couple of basic needs from the owner and responses were immediate. Really loved this place. Only fyi...since in the very heartbeat of all the CB fun, the front bedroom will hear the after hours town noise on the weekend (Fri/Sat). We checked in on Saturday night and by Sunday night it was quiet again. Great condo! We will be back!!

We absolutely love where we live! Carolina Beach is a wonderful family town with tons of free events every week! It is not too busy or commercialized and is a nice getaway. We live in town so we are available to help if you need us! We love spending the day on the north end or south end and hiking in the state park. We also enjoy a bike ride on the Island Greenway. Low tide is my favorite time to swim in the ocean. Bingo on Wednesdays and fireworks with the concert at the boardwalk on Thursdays is always exciting! Then the free movie at the lake every week is a great way to wind down! CB is a throw-back once upon a time beach town!

It is unique because it offers the elevator, is gated, and has parking right IN town! Plus it's Tiffany Blue inside, and who doesn't like that! :-)
