Whiskey Barrel Bunkhouse

This is a 860 sq ft one bedroom one bath that will sleep 6. ( It is on the same property as my other VRBO Cozy sunrise suite at waters edge ) on the 38 MM on the west side of Lake of the Ozarks.
It has a Queen bed in the bedroom, a double sofa bed in the living area and two twin beds in the living area. It has an old west cowboy/1970s whiskey barrel furniture theme and is wheelchair accessable.
It has great swimming in a no wake cove with plenty of seating on the dock and nice shaded outdoor area next to bunkhouse with firepit and a gas flat grill .

Lakefront recreation
Enjoy the two paddle boards, two kayaks, paddle boat, floatie noodles ,saddlesand the 16-foot lily pad.Boat trailer parking is no problem. It has room on the side of the dock for a boat up to a 40-foot. The boat dock with bumpers and tie offs is free of charge with rental of bunkhouse.The three well dock is shared with the other rental and ourselves. The boat ramp is located at Premier Advantage Marina @ 27 Lighthouse Marina Rd 38 MM . three minutes away. All roads are paved leading into our renal and boat ramp.

Interior Amenities
Bunkhouse has a full kitchen, a keurig coffee maker,( coffee pods are supplied along with other common condiments and spices,paper towels, dish soap ) an air fryer, there are 3 smart televisions, 2 in the living area and 1 in the bedroom, the live edge riverbar and other pieces I made from an oak tree that was taken down in the nieborhood and slabbed up by a small sawmill about a quarter mile from the rental, the bathroom has a large shower and bodywash, shampoo, conditioner, and towels ect. are supplied.

Other fun things to do,
Come swim,float, fish, grill,( play corn hole or horse shoes ( supplied ) or visit all the favorite restaurants and lake resorts the west side has to offer.
Grocery, fuel and fresh produce stand are right up the road. You dont have to go far for just about anything you could need or want. I live on site and am usually on site to help with anythin you need. Please note i have 2 dogs and a cat on the premises in case you are allergic. the pets occasionally frequent the bunkhouse during cleaning and maitenance but not regulary.
