Our dock is perfect for sunbathing or cannonballs into the calm cove waters. Bring your boat and park in the 11x26ft slip or tie up on the opposite side of the swim dock. Kids can paddleboard, kayak, and swim peacefully with friendly neighbors. After all that fun, enjoy a dockside picnic with PBJs and Capri Suns, creating cherished family memories.

Pet Friendly Property Guidelines
- Pet fee of $20 per night per pet is required. This will be added with the booking or shortly after depending on where you are booking through.
- Pets must be on leash when outside and pets cannot be left unattended outside
- Pets must be crated / kenneled when left in the home alone
- Pet waste must be picked up and disposed of
- Owner shall provide and utilize a “cover” (i.e. blanket / quilt) should the pet get onto furniture
- Excessive hair on furniture or bedding and / or not managing pet waste can result in additional fines

Cancellation Standards: Any cancellation completed with a refund will have a 5% transaction fee for the processing of the refund. Therefore, the refunded amount will equal 95% of the transaction paid. Lake Days Rentals is not responsible for the refund of fees paid directly to VRBO.
