If you are bringing a pet, the pet fee varies based on length of stay (will be requested after booking through the resolution center). You may find the fees in the house rules.

The safety and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each check-out. In case you or anyone in your travel group is sensitive to cleaning products or cleaning smells, please let us know in advance so we can accommodate you with the cleaning process from our team.

We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Respect the quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am.

In case your preferred dates are already taken, or you are traveling in a larger group, please check our profile as we offer more listings in the city.

We make sure to provide basic amenities you need as you book our place (e.g. hand soap, toilet paper, dish/laundry pod starters) but further supplies especially for long-stay bookings need to be purchased on your own.

Please be aware, the unit being in the state of Texas, there may be small insects that sometimes get inside the home. We have professional pest control at the property. Thank you for your understanding.

If you arrive with a car, you will be happy to know that there is a free parking spot on the property in the parking garage. The apartment is located in a prime walkable area right off South Congress. You are close to all the shops and restaurants there, or only a 10 min walk from downtown across the bridge. If you don't want to drive or walk during the stay, there are many accessible transportation options close to our home.
