Great property, great location and great host! When the coffee pot unexpectedly broke our host had one delivered the next day and offered to pay for our coffee the next day if it didn’t arrive in time which was just so extra and beyond! We had everything we needed and were only 15 minutes away from basically everything we wanted to do!

Erika was an incredible host — responsive, flexible, and genuinely kind. She helped us out in a pinch and truly saved our trip. When a small issue came up, she got back to us right away and had it taken care of quickly. The location was great, the house was super cute and thoughtfully styled, and it felt welcoming as soon as we arrived. We’re so grateful and would happily stay here again.

The Staycationers

We stayed here while our house in Oak Hill was getting work done. It was a wonderful home away from home! The pet policy was a blessing, very responsive and generous host, easy walk to SoCo. We were sad to leave!

Great location, very comfy, and walking distance from Congress!

Comfortable and cozy . Short drive to most popular locations and we were able to walk to Congress in 5 min. The neighborhood is very nice aswell. Great place to stay

Great weekend get away

Great communication, with easy check in and check out. Safe location, clean well kept property. Great location to downtown and all the great restaurants etc. Quiet at night to sleep. Beds were too firm for us, but this would not stop me from booking again when I visit Austin.

Everything you could want!

Our family had a great stay and the host was incredibly helpful and communicative throughout. This place has pretty much everything you could want or need and the location is great! I’ve already recommended this place to two of my friends who will be traveling to Austin in the near future.

Perfect Austin Visit

My husband and I enjoyed our visit to Austin and choosing to stay at Erika's place made for a perfect home base from which to explore. It was clean, comfortable, spacious and well located. Erika very communicative and was kind enough to have our favorite beverages delivered so that we would have refreshing sparkling water available when we returned after a long day of touring.

Cute House - Great Location

We really enjoyed our short stay at this property. The hosts were amazing and easy to chat with. We were able to easily walk to Congress street for lots of dining and shopping options. It was a very short drive to all the activities we had planned around town (10 mins). Everything was updated in the home and comfortable beds. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Austin.

Great location and adorable

An adorable property. in a great location. Walking distance to many bars and restaurants. The rental was very spacious and everything was as advertised. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

SOCO Austin

The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our 5 day visit.The location was perfect since we enjoy the SOCO area a bit more than north of the river.The neighborhood is very safe as we enjoy early morning and late evening walks with the dogs.Erika is very responsive if needed. We’ll stay here again on our next visit.

This house was perfect for the 5 of us and was outfitted to work in easily. The location allowed us to walk easily around the Travis Heights/SOCO neighborhood area for morning walks and to restaurants and shops. I highly recommend it,
