Daybed with trundle 4 twin beds, 2 king beds, 1roll away bed (tends to be a very small twin)

Other Things to Note:

• Bedroom and bath downstairs.

• Just a reminder street sweeper comes Friday from 7am-3pm. Don't want you to get a ticket, there are signs on the street as well.

• This home is also ideal for extended and monthly stays. Please inquire about special rates.

• No Smoking, Vaping, or Recreational Drugs

• NO PARTIES OR LARGE GATHERINGS!

• Quiet Hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am.

• No candles or open flames (inside or outside).

• Violations may result in cancellation or extra charges per Airbnb policy.

• Any lost remote control will incur a $75 replacement fee.

• Pet Fee: $125 per animal. We are happy to host your well-behaved pets.

• Refundable Security Deposit of $500.
