The home includes a foyer, living room, dining area, kitchen, large bedroom and a full bathroom. The café deck and the gazebo patio offer outdoor space to unwind after a day at the beach or BBQ on the grill.

The vaulted kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a large refrigerator with icemaker, a glass pantry, island, dishwasher and garbage disposal. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishware, glasses, pots, pans, coffee maker, toaster and kitchen linens. The dining area seats 4 at a trestle table. The living room has seating for six which includes a queen sofa sleeper, a 55-inch TV with cable and a closet. The bathroom includes a bathtub with upgraded shower fixtures and a marble top vanity.

The apartment sleeps 4-6 guests. The large bedroom sleeps 4 on a queen memory foam bed and twin bunkbed. The living room sleeping area with room divider curtains provides privacy for two additional guests to get a restful night of sleep.
Bedding linens and bathroom towels are provided for six guests. The bedroom ceiling fan and central air conditioning cool the space on hot summer days. Fire alarms, fire extinguishers and a carbon monoxide detector are provided.

Crystal View Lakeside is located across the street from the Cherry Hut Restaurant and next to Crystal Clean Services Laundromat. Crystal View Lakeside (#22049) is a registered Short Term Rental Property. Pets and smoking are NOT permitted. Two parking spaces are provided for your use on the property.
