Welcome to Sundance at Rehoboth Beach – a recently updated townhome nestled in the Eagle Landing community of Rehoboth Beach. Boasting 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, including 2 primary bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms (one on the main level and one upstairs), our home offers comfortable accommodations for up to 10 guests.

With 1 king-size bed, 2 queen beds, 1 full bed, and 2 twin beds, everyone can find their perfect spot to unwind after a day of coastal adventures. The inviting open living space features modern-coastal decor, while the fully-equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, gas grill, and patio ensure a seamless and enjoyable stay.

Indulge in community amenities such as 3 pools and tennis/pickleball courts. Conveniently located next to Jungle Jim's Water Park and just over a mile from the beach, Sundance at Rehoboth Beach offers a distinctive coastal townhouse escape. Amazing stay

This was a perfect spot for our family and friend trip. We hadn’t all seen each other in years and we had the best time all staying together at this home. The rooms were perfect, communication with the hosts were perfect, location was wonderful and the home was clean, spacious and accessible. We will definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at Sundance. The home was clean, had amazing amenities. The home was very close to the boardwalk, waterpark and restaurants. Our kids loved the "kids corner" ( one of the closets converted to a clubhouse for kids). 10/10 we would love to stay at Sundance again.

Family at the beach

We loved this vacation rental! It was convenient to the beach, beautifully decorated and spacious, The pool was also convenient to the townhouse. The online welcome guide provided by the hostess was informative and helpful. It was a wonderful place to stay. On our next trip to Rehoboth, we will definitely stay there!

Immaculate Home with Exceptional Hosts

The home was spotless—immaculately clean from top to bottom—which immediately made us feel comfortable and at ease. The owner was incredibly attentive, responsive, and genuinely thoughtful, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay.One of the standout features for us was the first-floor bedroom. It was perfect for my parents, who are both over 70, and appreciated not having to navigate stairs. It made their experience much more relaxing and enjoyable.The home was well-equipped, beautifully maintained, and in a great location. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and welcoming place to stay. Thank you for a great experience!
