Meridians best, cozy and modern

We welcome you to our home. We designed this 3 bedroom condo to be very modern, but trendy. Our place is perfect for family and friends, with lots of games to choose from, for adults and children. This condo has 1550 sft so there's plenty of room for everyone. We're also centrally located right on the border of Boise, Meridian, and Eagle. Just minutes away from the beautiful village in Meridian, and just minutes away from Eagle and the famous Boise River Green Belt.

This is a 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bathroom 1550 square-foot condo. this comes with a two car garage

The condo was exactly as the listing, very clean, well furnished, etc. The location was perfect proximity to restaurants, shops and sightseeing. Our host was extremely helpful with the check in process, he recommended some wonderful restaurants as well as shopping districts. I would highly recommend and will certainly keep this in mind on our next visit.

Perfect for our stay

The home was perfect for our stay. Had everything we needed, was clean and nicely decorated. The communication with the owner was great. Location was central to shopping, entertainment and anything else we needed.

Exactly what we needed!

Great property!

This property is as beautiful as it appears in the photos. Lots of attention to detail paid in the decoration and amenities provided. The owner was easy to communicate with and available if needed. The host was very accomodating and responsive. The place was really superb and worth the price. From the kitchen utensils, to bathroom essentials and room arrangements. Will definitely come back next time.

Best ever!

Communication with our host was perfect. The home was easy to find and when we walked in it felt like home. We were provided with everything we needed for an infant and teenager, which was so nice and unexpected! The beds were so comfortable! It was the best sleep we have ever had on a trip. We will definitely stay again if we are ever back in the area.

Home away from home

We enjoyed our stay at Frank’s townhome during our time in Boise. The location was perfect, the home is beautiful, and little added touches made it feel like home. The beds were comfortable, fun family games available, and a supply of coffee and tea for guests to have during the stay. We’d highly recommend and stay again on our next visit.

Lovely new Townhouse

We had a great stay at this townhouse in Meridian, ID. Frank was a great host and easy to get in touch with. The place is brand new and everything is very nice and clean. Not to mention there was everything you could need - even things like zip lock bags, toiletries in the bathrooms, and baby items (baby bathtub, Dreft, etc). Would definitely stay here again.

Best place off Eagle

Stayed here with my family for a swim meet at the YMCA a few minutes away, it was absolutely perfect. It was very clean, updated, and at a great price. I would definitely stay here again in the future and highly recommend this place. It was very easy to checkin. This place has everything you need for a weekend getaway that made us feel like we were at home. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet but still only minutes from busy Eagle and all the restaurants and stores you could need. This is a great place and I have nothing to say that they could do to make it better, It was perfect!

Loved staying in a freshly built home

Even though house says it is in meridian it is very close to all the Boise restaurants and activities. House new and spotless. Loved the soft comforter and pillows.

Best place to stay in Merdian,

The Host Frank is amazing. The hospitality was perfect Frank took care of all the little details. The place is equipped with brand new items. Also the host was attentive to all my questions and was always available and quick to respond. The house is in a super convenient location, close to shopping centers (although you need a car) Honestly, we had a perfect time!

Family Vacation/Wedding

Franks place was absolutely wonderful! We loved the home and the area. He was very easy to communicate with and very helpful. Our littles absolutely loved the Pac-Man machine in their room and all the other toys that were available. The location of the home was perfect! 10/10 would recommend this property and host!
