We welcome you to our home. We designed this 3 bedroom condo to be very modern, but trendy. Our place is perfect for family and friends, with lots of games to choose from, for adults and children. This condo has 1550 sft so there's plenty of room for everyone. We're also centrally located right on the border of Boise, Meridian, and Eagle. Just minutes away from the beautiful village in Meridian, and just minutes away from Eagle and the famous Boise River Green Belt.

This is a 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bathroom 1550 square-foot condo. this comes with a two car garage

The condo was exactly as the listing, very clean, well furnished, etc. The location was perfect proximity to restaurants, shops and sightseeing. Our host was extremely helpful with the check in process, he recommended some wonderful restaurants as well as shopping districts. I would highly recommend and will certainly keep this in mind on our next visit.

Exactly what we needed!

This was one of the best VRBO experiences we’ve ever had. The place was so clean and clutter-free yet had all of the essentials. The host was super friendly and responsive.

Perfect for our stay

The home was perfect for our stay. Had everything we needed, was clean and nicely decorated. The communication with the owner was great. Location was central to shopping, entertainment and anything else we needed.

Upon walking into the house first thing we noticed was a dirty floor. Walked upstairs and there were dirty towels left on the floor of the bathroom, a dirty towel with what looked like lipstick was still hung. Walked into the master bedroom and the bed was a mess, looked like someone had just slept in it. Having seen all this we called the host and the cleaner came over, he changed the bedding and took the towels. We were in town for a wedding and did not have time for him to sit and clean as we were already strapped for time. Very disappointed paying that much to walk into a dirty home and they expected to clean it while we were there. Would not recommend this place and will not return.

Great property!

This property is as beautiful as it appears in the photos. Lots of attention to detail paid in the decoration and amenities provided. The owner was easy to communicate with and available if needed. Great location. Comfortable beds. We had a great week visiting family and would definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you, Frank!

Wonderful host & clean, spacious property

Check-in was a breeze, property was clean and well kept. Plenty of room for our family which included myself, husband, three 18 year-olds, and one 12 year-old. Location was wonderful as it was closely situated to all amenities in Boise. I don’t want to really recommend it as I would like to selfishly keep it to myself for when I return, but the host is absolutely wonderful and I would be remiss if I didn’t express my gratitude for such a wonderful stay.

Best ever!

Communication with our host was perfect. The home was easy to find and when we walked in it felt like home. We were provided with everything we needed for an infant and teenager, which was so nice and unexpected! The beds were so comfortable! It was the best sleep we have ever had on a trip. We will definitely stay again if we are ever back in the area.

Home away from home

The host was very accomodating and responsive. The place was really superb and worth the price. From the kitchen utensils, to bathroom essentials and room arrangements. Will definitely come back next time.

Best place off Eagle

Stayed here with my family for a swim meet at the YMCA a few minutes away, it was absolutely perfect. It was very clean, updated, and at a great price. I would definitely stay here again in the future and highly recommend this place. It was very easy to checkin. This place has everything you need for a weekend getaway that made us feel like we were at home. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet but still only minutes from busy Eagle and all the restaurants and stores you could need. This is a great place and I have nothing to say that they could do to make it better, It was perfect!

Lovely new Townhouse

We had a great stay at this townhouse in Meridian, ID. Frank was a great host and easy to get in touch with. The place is brand new and everything is very nice and clean. Not to mention there was everything you could need - even things like zip lock bags, toiletries in the bathrooms, and baby items (baby bathtub, Dreft, etc). Would definitely stay here again.

Cozy, modern, and bright

Amazing stay! Love the location, big rooms, and even the use of the garage. Wonderful touches of decor - kitchen well equipped. I felt like I was home.

Best place to stay in Merdian,

The Host Frank is amazing. The hospitality was perfect Frank took care of all the little details. The place is equipped with brand new items. Also the host was attentive to all my questions and was always available and quick to respond. The house is in a super convenient location, close to shopping centers (although you need a car) Honestly, we had a perfect time!

This place was absolutely beautiful. It is obviously a new property. It has 3 bedrooms 1 master upstairs with bathroom then another amazing bedroom. There is also a great kids room with a bunk bed kids would love with an arcade game !! There is a business area as well if you need to work. It is close to all the things to do. It is a great property. Very safe and quiet area as well. things.tSIsqysayenough grce is.
