Family oriented, kid friendly with snow gear, large backyard and playset.

We offer a family friendly retreat, that both kids and adults love. 2 adult bedrooms with one king and one queen bed. Two bedrooms are kid /teen themed. We have a large selection of board games, kids toys, an X-box and a Wii. Coffee bar w/ pods and creamer provided. Well stocked kitchen with seating for 12. Lots of extra bedding and towels. Soaps, including some tear free, baby soap, toothbrushes, and toothpaste provided. SNOW GEAR closet that is well stocked with gloves and pants/snow bibs for children. A small selection of adult sizes is also available. Limited kids sizes of snow boots. Snow sleds also included. For babies, we have a pack and play and are willing to add more if you need more than one. 3 high chairs, and a kids table for coloring and eating. Large backyard, with a neighborhood “green space” right across the street. Settlers park is only a mile away, one of Meridian’s largest parks with a pond, tennis courts, horseshoes, walking path, splash, pad, and huge playground.

Great for families!

Loved our stay! Had plenty of towels and other amenities to make our stay enjoyable and convenient. Everything from toiletries to paper towels, to, etc. TONS for the kids! Location was great too. Close to lots of great things for kids and downtown Boise. Host was super responsive and the check-in trays were an extra nice touch. Highly recommend for families!

Loved our stay

So grateful for the excellent, clear and expedient communication with the owner. He was very responsive and helpful when there were questions and as needs arose. The property was clean, beautiful, and more than we needed. Would love to stay in this particular house each time in the Treasure Valley.

Amazing Meridian VRBO

We were so impressed from the time of booking and throughout our stay. The hosts are wonderful and very responsive. The home is well equipped with everything you would need from adults to kids. Would definitely stay here again. It was a joy to have our grandbaby over and had plenty of toys to keep him entertained. Loved it!!! again.

Very kid and pet friendly. However, I booked the place for adults and a dog. There were appropriate beds for 4 adults. I’m 69 years old and had to sleep on a mattress on the floor. Thank God only 5 of our expected (and paid for) people showed up. Not a single lamp in the house. Comfortable seating for no more than 3.

The title, description, and bed assignments are listed as family oriented, kid friendly AKA parents and their children. Also have a nice sectional and additional couch for seating. Declined rating should not be reflected due to neglect by the renter to properly review the property description. Property is not orientated for 12, 70 year old adults.

Family Fun Vacation

The house itself was super cute and well put together with all the decorations. Had everything we needed and more. Definately family oriented but I wouldnt say pet friendly. Mainly the problem was the neighbor dogs in the back. They seemed very mean and almost knocking the fence over to get to our dog.

Paige, Very sorry to hear about the neighbors dogs. I do appreciate you making us aware of it so we can work with the neighbor to control his dogs. I'll come up with a solution so the dogs can't interact. I'm sad this wasn't brought to my attention before it caused a deduction on our ratings.

Thanksgiving trip in Idaho

The house and property are very well kept. The play ground and toys were so much fun for our kids. Sleeping was great! Plenty of room for me and my brother’s family! Shower’s were maintained and very comfortable. Probably the best showers I’ve used on an app like this. I would definitely love to stay here again. The price was very affordable for what is offered. I definitely think they could charge more.

Family Vacation

This place is amazing! The house is very comfortable and had plenty of room for all of us. The host had it stocked with everything we could possibly need and then some. Snow gear was made available for us to use, and the kitchen had everything we needed to stay for a week. The backyard was fully fenced for my dog with plenty of room for her to run around and play. The grandkids who visited also had fun playing on the play structure. Corey, the host, was Johnny-on-the-spot when we had a question. He even installed an extra lock on the front door where our autistic grandson couldn't reach it for some extra peace of mind. I would definitely rent from him again!everything we needed.
