Elderberry Cabin - Location Goals + Tub Time

Located on the corner of Elderberry and Blue Jay, this cute, cozy cabin is easy to find and perfect for a quiet get away or fun family vacation. Walking distance from the town center (1/4 mile) and the lake (1/2 mile), this cabin is ideal for a winter weekend or warm summer stay. 30 minutes to China Peak Ski and Mountain Bike Resort, this location is a hop, ski and jump away from any adventure. When you rent our cabin, you will have the entire cabin during your stay.
You have access to the entire home. I'll send you a personalized key code one week before check-in. Access is that easy :)

The cabin is for families and friend getaways only, no parties. We are the owners, not a rental agency. We have neighbors who live next to our cabin year round and we want to respect that.

This two-story cabin has been completely renovated and has a mountain modern feel. Inside you will find 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a loft area that provides a additional sleeping, and a pull out couch. The open concept living room, dining room, and kitchen comes complete with rich wood floors and beautiful countertops. You will enjoy relaxing in front of the gas fireplace which includes a brick surround and wood mantle. The cook in the family will appreciate the modern shaker style cabinets and fully-equipped kitchen for cooking a meal or baking some warm chocolate chip cookies. Get cozy with some coco and watch your favorite movie on the flat-screen TV. Wake up with a warm cup of joe in hand (complimentary selection of coffee and hot cocoa are offered).

There is also plenty of flat paved parking for your cars and boats.
Pet friendly options are available for an additional fee. Please send a request to discuss. And while we love our pets, we prefer they are snuggled up in their own pet bed versus on the couch or beds! (BYOPB)

Our property includes a shared hot tub for use by renters from both Elderberry Cabin and Blue Jay Cabin. You can soak in the relaxing waters and make your getaway even more special.

As it is a shared amenity, we encourage guests to communicate with each other once they arrive to coordinate usage and ensure everyone can enjoy the hot tub. It’s a great idea to discuss your schedules and plan a time that works for all.

If you rent both cabins, the hot tub is all yours to enjoy!

Linens
We DO provide clean linens Towels.
We DO provide clean bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths.
Toiletries - We DO provide shampoo, conditioner, and soap for each bathroom.

We are pet friendly and we are happy to welcome your well house- and furniture-trained pups! We do ask that you clean up after them inside and out. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per stay and that covers up to two dogs. You will want to add this at the time of booking.

As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we have partnered with Safely to provide you with the below protection. The cost of this protection has been included in your rental rate and fees and covers you for accidental damages during your stay. The Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $3,000 of coverage for accidental contents damage and up to $500,000 coverage for accidental property damage and bodily injury. Complete terms regarding the Trust and Safety coverage will be included in your welcome message. The Trust and Safety Fee is refundable only if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival date.

Things to bring: Warm clothes. The evenings can get cool even in the summer. Sun screen, paper plates, napkins. We have plenty of dishes, but it is nice to have paper plates as an option for picnics or should you not feel like cleaning up the kitchen:)
