BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

PARKING PASSES: 2 - The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

RATES: Rates subject to change up until time of booking. Additional fees and taxes may apply.

Can’t beat location

Close to the beach, shops, and The Hangout. The master bed was very loud and squeaky on one side and had uneven support.

Overall was a great stay!

The condo was great and the location is awesome! There were some dishes in the cabinets that had food on them and the bunk bed needs to be fixed.

Cute place and great location

Loved our little condo with beach views and super easy beach access! It was easy to find and pretty quiet. Easy to get to everything in gulf shores. The kitchen is pretty well stocked. Only downside was the king mattress which is concave and not comfortable. Also, the mattresses on the sofa beds are really only for small children because they’re thin and springy

Great place to Stay

This condo was everything we wanted/needed for a family vacation. It was close enough for us to walk down to the hangout and Gulf place for the kids to play. The pool was perfect and the property was super clean! The only thing our condo didn’t have was a broom so there was literally sand everywhere lol! We enjoyed this place and will be back next year!

There were roaches in the floor, sand in the beds, sand in the floor, the door did not lock properly and was scared throughout our stay due to it would come unlocked. Door was left, unlocked several times due to malfunction in the keypad. Definitely needs work! Also dishes were dirty in the cabinets.

We walked into a bag of garbage as the welcome bag. The air conditioner wasn't working when we got there. It took until day three of our seven day vacation to get it fixed. No compensation was offered no apology given. My family has used beach ball for several years. And we will not be using it again.

Vacation

The place seemed clean, then if you walked barefoot, the bottom of your feet were instant black. The toilet would make a loud noise at 430am everyday. We had someone come look at it, but neevr did anything. The bunkbed in room was wobbly and broken under the top bunk, the maintenence couldnt fix it so my kids were very careful. My daughter was on her way down to beach to us and maintenance stopped her and told her we couldnt use shower by kitchen cus it was leaking into unit under us and thst he was going i to our place to take pictures and leave a note. When we got back to our room, the door was left unlocked by maintenance and all our money and cards wverything was in there. There was also no note left. When i went to office to talk to them about it they had no idea they were coming to pur room, so i called the host, they also said they were unaware. Other then fhat we loved the location. In walking distance to beach, food, and shopping.

Description a little misleading

The description is a little misleading. The 2nd bedroom has bunk beds as described, but only a single pullout chair, not a double as listed and no sheets for it were provided. The top bunk can only hold 175lbs according to the sign on the walk beside it, so it really just holds 1 person. The dryer only works for about 10min before overheating so it takes a long time to dry anything! I reported it, but no one ever came to fix it. The property is for sale so we had to have an appraiser do an inspection while we were there too. Parking is not included and is 100 extra. All were just minor inconveniences, but inconveniences just the same.
