Disappointing
The condo is conveniently located to the beach, however, we had a stressful experience overall with our stay here. The property managers were very polite & responsive with messages, but the lack of proactive communication & issues from the previous guests/property overshadowed our trip.
We started the trip with not knowing where to park, which can be any space under the building FYI. Once we got to the apartment (top left when you are looking at it streetside) we were greeted with rusted patio furniture, a clogged tub, & no parking passes as the previous guests took them. The property managers were quick to get someone there to fix the tub, but for the parking passes we had to write a handwritten note & hope each day that the HOA would honor it & not have out vehicle towed.
This unit only sleeps 2, not 4, as the sleeper sofa’s mattress is bent leaving the head of the bed at a 45-degree angle. The mattress is also VERY rough looking & stained, so we were not about to have our daughter sleep on that, & she just slept on the sofa itself instead. We did notify the property manager the next morning after discovering this issue & they offered to supply an air mattress, which we declined as we were checking out soon.
Property is pet-friendly but we never knew what the pet fee was until I asked the property managers at check-in. You are also asked to pay this fee via cash or Venmo to the cleaner, which we were not aware of until we saw the note upon arriving.
