Our cozy 1 bedroom 1 1/2 bath condo is located on the second floor that is spacious enough for your romantic getaway or a small family retreat. Your guests can relax in the private community pool or enjoy the beautiful Atlantic beach just steps away from these villas. This condo has an entry shaded balcony overlooking the pool where you can relax after a long day at the beach. The master bedroom offers a private balcony that provides ocean views with amazing sunrises and sunsets.
This space opens to the well-equipped kitchen with everything needed for prepping meals or snacks. 

**Bring your own Beach towels**

You are just steps to the beach, North End Fishing Pier/Tiki Bar and undeveloped Freeman Beach, where you can drive your 4 x 4 vehicle. Bicycle racks are available for a short ride to boardwalk for dining, arcade, fireworks and live music in the summer.    Enjoy locally grown fruit/vegetables for purchase on Saturday’s at the Farmer’s Market in Carolina Beach. 
Great Courtyard pool with grill and sitting area complete this vacation package. Experience this lovely vacation destination at the popular Seascape Community. Off-street and Boat trailer parking available.

The property was clean and comfortable, but beach access was not as adjacent as it seems and the cookware needs to be replaced. The ocean view from the bedroom balcony is lovely. Getting to the beach took required more walking than expected because beach access adjacent to the property is closed and there are wave breaking rocks placed along the beach until a few blocks south of the property. This was only an issue because we booked this property thinking we’d walk across the street and have our toes in the sand. The cookware is typical nonstick, but it has been through the wringer and could use an update. The nonstick coating has started to peel which discouraged us from using it (we bring a pan to rentals with us for this reason). The towels, bedding, and unit as a whole were very clean and there were no bad smells. We were able to hear the guests above us walking around, however. If you don’t mind a walk to the beach, or have a proper 4WD to access the nearby drive on beach, this is a good place for your CB getaway.

The condo was conveniently located, very relaxed setting. The dryer didn’t work, which was a littleinconvenient, but we had a clothesline on the porch to hang clothes. Would recommend to family and friends.

Out dated and over priced for the money. They limit you to 1500 characters I could go on and on about how horrible this place was. They don’t deserve a 1 star because the place had a roof and walls but they do deserve a 2 star which is their terms means it should be shut down. The listing was as described other than us being a family of four (at the beach) and them giving us one towel and wash cloth per person. I mean it’s kind of a given that we’re gunna be showering multiple times a day. Especially when you include in the TITLE clean linens provided. The house was livable but I’m not exaggerating they need to shut it down and update their appliances and they need to fire whoever is cleaning the place. The dryer which was from the 1980’s broke (surprise) and then when they “fixed it” you could only dry a couple things at a time because it couldn’t handle not even a small-medium load. The soonest they could get someone out was 12 the next day so I got to spend half my first day on vacation I spent 1000 on to stay at a nice beach house doin laundry at a laundry mat and waiting for them. Then the A/C broke they got that fixed pretty quick though. Same day still it was miserable it got up to 81 in there. The place was filthy which ill include pics of but it won’t do it justice. Then on top of all that happening we never got one sorry or apology just gas lit to make us think we were in the wrong. Don’t waste your money. RUDE, NASTY, OLD, BROKEN. Worst place on VRBO we’ve stayed

We stay at the Seascapes every year because the condos are the perfect size for me and my hubby. The properties are super clean and we made ourselves right at home. We had an excellent view of the ocean from the bedroom balcony. I contacted the property manager a couple of times during the stay and he was super responsive and friendly.

Great experience! We enjoyed it tremendously! One thing we would change is the fact that the bed sheets provided for the couch pullout bed did not fit ( way tooooo small!) and we could have used more kitchen and bath towels.

Nice property

Property was nice and owners very responsive and kind. Access across the street was blocked off where shore had been washed away and water in unit smelled STRONGLY of sulfur.

Vacation

Property was very nice. Clean had everything I needed. We enjoyed the bedroom balcony ocean views in the morning with our coffee. The only thing I didn’t like was the beach access across the street was permanently closed, and of course that is not the owners fault that is Mother Nature taking its toll on the shore line. We would stay again for sure

Great place to stay!

We had a great experience staying here! Very clean and the access to the beach was great, especially for the affordable cost! The pool was a huge plus for my 7 year old! And the 2nd toilet was a bonus!! We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Gorgeous views and location is perfect!

The biggest strength of this property is absolutely its location and view. Fantastic A/C and shower has great water pressure. It's in a very quiet part of Carolina Beach, with a small bar located in close walking distance. You'll have access to the condo pool and the little footwash nearby, which is a great way to keep sand off your feet and out of the unit. Unit was spotless upon checkin. If you are a bit squeamish about cleanliness in rentals, you'll be pleased to see all of the towels come packaged from the cleaning company so you know they're fresh. However, if you like to sleep past 8AM, you are not going to have a good time. This is the perfect beach to watch the sun rise on, so it didn't bother me. However, the bedroom gets incredibly bright and hot very early in the morning, especially with the hostile shade of orange the room is painted in reflecting off itself. Blackout shades would go a long way for future renters who don't get up before the sun. Also, the check in instructions did not include the SECOND code needed upon entry, so please update the instructions to include that and/or make it more clear in the instructions. As a prior review noted, the water does have a bit of a sulfuric smell given you're in a coastal community, but I'm pleased to report it doesn't transfer to your hair or skin so you only notice it when you first turn on the water. Even if you've got a great sense of smell like I do, it's really not a problem.

Nice Place, Great Location, Management Company Lacking Customer Service

The condo was very nicely appointed, and the location was great. For the most part, it was clean, however I did find mouse droppings during our stay, which was a bit unsettling. There were some minor things that needed repair (drywall in the bedroom) that made it seem a bit rundown. We did not spend a lot of time in the unit, so none of these things were a huge deal. My main issue is the response I received from the management company when I shared my concerns about the mice: “On the 3rd floor? Meaning 2nd floor above the carport. That's pretty odd for that to occur that high and in the middle of the complex. These units have pest control monthly. We've messaged serval times since your arrival last week. That's definitely odd that you would see something the night before you leave. We'll reach out to pest control to have them do a recheck. Thanks for reaching out, Coastal Carolina Property Group” This reads to me that they think I was fabricating the situation to scam them, and I was not even requesting any sort of discount/reduced rate. The whole interaction was very disappointing. I will probably not book with them again.
