What makes this home especially unique is its amazing balconies and outdoor seating areas. "Sunset cocktails" were coined with this location in mind. Mix your favorite drinks, serve your dinner “al fresco” and listen to your best tunes from the spacious outdoor balconies/patios. There is plenty of room to spread out and enjoy. It has 3 private bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. The bottom floor den (which is semi-private) is right outside the master and has a queen memory foam sleeper sofa.

Perfect Mission Bay house

This large house with incredible location is perfect for several families. Kitchen has all the essentials and more. The beach chairs, toys, paddle boards and portable fire pit are a nice extra touch. Would love to stay here again.

Awesome Mini Vacay

House was amazingly clean!! Property being on the beach was just perfect to celebrate our mini family vacation. The house is equipped with everything needed plus all the beach activity items which made the stay much more exciting. Cindy was very responsive to all our inquiries and was pleasant to deal with. Would definitely stay in this house again in the future!

Amazing gem

Beautiful location. Easy check in. Great space for everyone. Modern updates with some old charm!! Lots of amenities to use at the beach!! Perfect place. Just wished we had longer time to use everything available. Need to come back soon!!

A Little Bit of Heaven!

It was one of the best vacations we have ever had! From the minute we walked in you can smell the ocean air! Loved the feel and look of this cute little beach home as well! The view of the bay was absolutely breathtaking! Waking up and having breakfast on the deck is something I will never forget! Can't wait to go back!

Great

The property manager, Cindy, was awesome. Extremely fast to reply to our many questions. Our four-person family was looking for a great beach-front property to stay at. The house was clean and large enough to fit two, maybe even three, families. The hot tub was a must-have. The property is proximate to so many great activities and the garage is stocked with bikes and beach stuff. Only complaint was that a couple of the screen doors need to be re-tracked to function correctly. Thanks for the magical vacation house, it was perfect.

Perfect for families

The house and set up are fantastic here. Enjoyed riding the bikes and having direct access to beach. Only negative was the spa was out of order and never repaired during our stay. Was really looking forward as d to that.

This place was spectacular! Two full kitchens. On the bay! We didn’t want to leave!

Will go back! Spectacular location on the bay, had a jacuzzi for cool evenings! Two full kitchens. 3 Full baths and 1/2 bath. We had a little trouble with the bike chains falling off repeatedly, but the property manager had them repaired within two hours! Can’t say enough about the beautiful place!!

Perfect family getaway

This house is located right on the water with amazing views and great sunsets. We really enjoyed the hot tub after spending time on the water. The house was super clean with plenty of parking. The Wi-Fi worked great and was super fast. We are looking forward to returning for a week in the summer.

Beautiful home steps from the water

Gorgeous property! Made for 2+ families. 2 kitchens, 2 decks 2 dens make for plenty of space for everyone! Beautiful views, very close to fantastic restaurants, bars and downtown San Diego. Lots of water floats, bikes, and lounge chairs and all things you could need for a day at the beach made this the perfect getaway home for a girls getaway or a family vacation.

Stunning Bayfront Rental With Great Hospitality!

Pictures don’t do this place justice. It’s a perfect beachhouse right on the bay (one of the hidden gems in PB and San Diego). The property manager, Cindy, is exceptional and the quickest response and best service you’ll get on vrbo! Have stayed here couple times and absolutely love it. The view, the house, and the hospitality are priceless!

We had a wonderful visit and the location was perfect. Amenities were a little scarce for the price level of the property but when we noticed the coffee maker did not work the peppery managers responded immediately. We would love to stay again.

Fantastic location with lots of room.

Great location on the water for a weekend getaway with family or friends. The bayside decks and hot tub really are the best part of this place, as is the fantastic beachfront access in a relatively quiet part of Mission Bay. Loved being super close to Pacific Beach and Mission Beach areas as well. Ample parking spots on site. The house is well-equipped and fit all ten of us comfortably. Some features were dated and it did get a little hot in some rooms in the summer, but on the whole we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Great location and amenities. House is in great shape and has everything a couple of traveling families need to enjoy vacation on the bay. Will be back. Cindy was incredibly accommodating and communicates very well.

Great house for a family vacation

The house was great, very clean and perfect location. The house is set up nicely for traveling with multiple families. We were traveling with small children so staying on the bay was perfect for us. We would definitely recommend this house.

The property was perfect for our family summer vacation!

The property allocation was amazing as it was literally across the beach with the back yard opening up to the sand. The living area in the house was spacious and the bedrooms were perfect for our two families of adults and children. We couldn't have asked for an better family location. Lots of great toys included as well: kayaks, paddle board, bikes, ping pong table, sand toys, life vests, etc. And Cindy our property manager was wonderful- very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions.

Great Location - Plenty of Sunshine

Wonderful home located in the Crown Point of Mission Bay. Excellent amenities and great house for kids and 2 families. Living room and common areas are great. Bathrooms are a little dated but with the beach access it makes up for it.
