Welcome to Our Stateline, NV Retreat - Ideal for Winter & Summer Adventures!
Conveniently located just 2 miles from Heavenly Boulder and Stagecoach Lodges/ski lifts, our 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom, three-story home offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and stunning views.
**Key Features:
-Ski Enthusiast's Dream: Only 2 miles from skiing/snowboarding at Heavenly Boulder and Stagecoach Lodges/ski lifts.
- Outdoor Activities: Walking distance to snowshoeing, hiking, and just 0.5 miles to sledding.
-Entertainment for All Ages: Enjoy a foosball table, board games and karaoke machine for fun-filled evenings.
-Multiple Living Spaces: Spread across three floors, the floor plan includes 2 living rooms (1st floor and 2nd floor) and a large loft on the 3rd floor with a dedicated work station.
-Smart TVs & High-Speed Internet: Smart TVs in all living rooms and 3 of the bedrooms ready to stream all your favorite services.
-Family-Friendly Amenities: Private garage, blackout shades in all bedrooms, full-sized washer/dryer, and a well-stocked kitchen with cooking basics.
-Child-Friendly: Pack n' play, full-size crib, baby gates, stroller, and high chair provided.
-Sleeping Arrangements: Primary bedroom on the 3rd floor with a king, bedroom 2 with a queen, bedroom 3 with a queen, and bedroom 4 with a bunk bed (full size on bottom, twin on top).
*Cleanliness & Safety Measures:
- Meticulous cleaning using bleach on all linens and high-touch areas.
- Laundered blankets, pillow shams, and duvets between uses.
- New sponges, paper towels, toilet paper, and Kleenex provided.
-$100 extra cleaning fee per dog (maximum of two dogs), sorry, no cats allowed.
*Nearby Attractions:
1-minute drive to a "not so well-known" sledding spot.
2-mile drive to Heavenly for skiing & snowboarding (Boulder Lodge).
South Lake Tahoe/casinos are 6 miles down the hill.
Walking distance to snowshoeing via access to the Tahoe Rim Trail directly across the street.
*Important Winter Considerations (2024):
-Tahoe experiences heavy snowfall, and a higher clearance 4WD vehicle with snow tires and tire chains is recommended.
-Power outages are common; flashlights are available.
-Strict noise ordinance after 9:00 p.m. to honor our neighbors.
*Additional Booking Information:
- A 14% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is required by Douglas County law on all Vacation Home Rentals in the Lake Tahoe Basin.
-VHR Permit #:
-Maximum allowable overnight guests per permit: 8.
-Maximum allowable overnight parked cars on property: 4.
-Quiet hours: 9 pm-8 am and strictly enforced.

**Holiday weekdays and weekends require a 4 night minimum stay.
