A super nice space, with gorgeous gulf views! Would definitely stay here again. Location is great, 5 minute walk to the beach. There are also several restaurants across the street from the building, which is also nice, if you don’t want to cook.

We absolutely loved the condo! Great price and plenty of room. The only thing that could make it any better was if the walk down to the beach wasn’t as long. Highly recommend!

The condo was gorgeous and was exactly as the pictures depicted! It was clean and well appointed. Very comfortable and felt like home. The View! It was was enchanting and such a treat to wake up each morning to the beautiful ocean. Tranquility! We will return! Thank you ACP for everything!

Great condo with incredibly beautiful gulf views and amazing sunrises and sunsets from our balcony!! The indoor/outdoor pool was a great blessing - especially the hot tub!

Very very clean and comfortable had everything for a relaxing getaway staff was very pleasant and resourceful. Long walk to the beach bur would do it again!

Condo itself had a good layout, ocean view and was nicely decorated. Cleanliness of the condo was the main concern. Items that were not acceptable and addressed with management are:*large urine stains with strong odor on king mattress and comforter with no mattress cover *filthy, old pillows throughout condo bedrooms*heavily stained bathroom rugs and toilet brushes in both bathrooms*visible black mold in master shower grout*toilet in master was not working properly, but management did come fix that in a timely manner*both bathroom vents covered in a thick coat of dust*pile of men’s underwear from previous guest in master closet*nicely furnished balcony but dirty, old cushions*broken plastic spatula left in back of ovenNeeds an overall, thorough top to bottom cleaning.

Superb condo on the beach

Fantastic stay 6th floor condo with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen and Living room / Dining room. Washer dryer, dishwasher everything beautiful! Had a great time, thank-you so much. 2 pools, one heated with a spa. Great location too.

The negatives of the condo are as follows-Both bedroom overhead lights had light bulbs missing or odd colors. Second bathroom shower was extremely noisy almost screaming when water running. No blinds or curtains in the living room so lack of privacy. The living room sofa looks nice but was worn out and uncomfortable trying to sit on it. The primary bathroom shower needs the drain unclogged since it was slow to drain and filled up the water several inches. No grab bars on the shower or tub walls The kitchen was not up to date with the lack of cutlery (only 3 spoons) and only 4 forks. Rusted out pizza pan and cookie sheet. Only one sharp knife for cutting food. The plates were incredibly heavy and hard to remove from the shelf. Coffee/game table filthy when you open it. Dining room chairs were the most comfortable furniture of all with one exception, one chair was a rocker. Patio screen was crooked and out of track, we fixed. Crack in guest bedroom ceiling and most doors hard to close. Guest bedroom missing globe on fan lighting. Maintenance on this unit definitely not up to VRBO standards.

Perfect

This is a very nice condo with everything you need. It has plenty of space and the view is amazing. On Dauphin island there is no hustle or bustle just a very relaxing beach with no crowd. We found lots of great seashells and sand dollars. Absolutely are favorite place to vacation now!

Nice place, great location

The location was great and my kids loved the pool. Just know that you need to bring your own shampoo, conditioner, and hair dryer. There were lamps without bulbs and some stained towels. I feel like the place needs a bit of extra attention, but overall it’s nice for a beach vacay.

The condo was clean and very comfortable. The views of the Gulf were great! The only things we had any issues with were the master bathroom shower drain not draining, the pillows were pancakes and the washer and dryer were quite worn out and in need of being replaced. It took 2 spins in the washer and almost 2 hours to dry. Also don't leave your clothes in after they're dry because they will be wet again from moisture coming in through the dryer vent. I believe all this could be caused by the high humidity in the gulf area. All in all we had a great trip and would definitely come back to stay here
