Pristine Historic Warehouse Condo - Central Location 2 mi. to Broadway Downtown
Located inside a historical late Civil-War-era building, this condo is a wonderfully original Nashville experience. Previously used as a tobacco warehouse, it's been newly reimagined as a luxe condominium.
This top floor condo features soaring ceilings with original cedar beams + artistic flair from graffiti-covered brick walls. Taking notes from the building's historical personality, the interior is furnished with vintage & industrial style, pairing together new renovation and timeless grit.
Comfortably sleeping 10 people, there are 3 bedrooms, all with cozy mattresses. Two full bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable living room, plus a washer and dryer.
Shared Building Amenities:
- Top Floor Balcony: Furnished with outdoor seating and tables, it's great for hanging out! And it's just down the hall from this condo.
- Plunge Pool: On the ground floor is a shared patio with a "plunge" or "dipping" pool, which is a small pool that's perfect for chilling out and cooling off. (But not ideal for swimming around like a regular-sized pool.)
- Self-Serve Bar & Grills: At the same patio with the pool, there are a couple grills and a self-serve bar! These amenities are open to anyone staying in the building!
Location:
The condo is located in an industrial/semi residential area - close to many popular neighborhoods ((plus 2 miles to all the fun downtown!)) You’ll have easy access to tons of fantastic restaurants, bars, cafes, coffee shops, shopping, parks, etc found in all of these neighborhoods.
Free parking is available inside the gated property of The 1865.
There is a keypad entry to The 1865 building, and for the condo as well.
An elevator provides easy access to the top floor.
Detail to Note - While there isn’t road noise at the condo, there's a train track that runs next to the building. It's not a high speed line, but the trains can still be noisy as they travel by. There are white noise machines and earplugs provided for guests use in case the trains are bothersome at night!
