Good location. About a mile to Broadway. Very close to Germantown where there are several nice restaurants. One downside is it is a very noisy building. The floors are loud. Above us sounded like a track meet most of the time. Decided not to give less of a rating because it is probably dependent on if they are residents or vacationers. But being a light sleeper it was challenging.

I’d like to say it was a great stay but I am instead saying I am very disappointed with the quality of this place. The cleaning team is obviously not a good one. As soon as we arrived we noticed dirt/ crumbs on the floor of the entire place. The floor obviously hasn’t been mopped in a long time. The bottom of our socks and our barefeet were discolored, dirty, and disgusting from walking on the floor. The toilet rims inside have not been cleaned. The doors of the cabinets inside the bathroom are dirty and layered with dirt and grime. The kitchen faucet has mold/mildew growing from it. The window sills have a thick layer of dirt/debree/mildew/mold. I didn’t even want to touch the sliding door to go on the patio as the handle itself is dirty/gross. Along the bottom track is more dirt/debree/Mildew/mold? Plenty of spider webs. Many of the doors are dirty around the handle. This place needs a major deep cleaning. I have an allergy to mold and I have started experiencing symptoms as early as the first night. There’s no way to prove that the mold in this place is causing an allergic reaction, but I’m pretty familiar with how mold affects me. I am extremely disappointed and upset that we payed to stay here. I would absolutely never stay here again or recommend it to anyone

Very nice condo and in a great location. We easily walked to German town and Broadway, but if walking 1-3 miles isn't easy for you, you may want to get an uber to Broadway. I was fun watching the boats go up the river. I would stay here again. Host was very accommodating as well.

Excellent stay

The property is presented very well, and is conveniently located for downtown Nashville. A 10-15minute walk gets you to the centre of the action. Ubers are plentiful for visits further away, so car hire is not a necessity. The hosts communication was excellent, very prompt, clear and helpful. We had a brilliant stay and would use this property and host again if we’re ever back in Nashville in the future.

Good Value

Clean place, easy check in, responsive host! Pretty basic 2br condo with view of the river. A bit of a walk to downtown Nashvegas, but Uber or scooters make it easy to get around. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a good choice if you are not wanting to be in the heart of the music scene, it overlooks the river and is a lovely view.

Nashville weekend

The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. Rebecca provided many extras that we were pleasantly surprised with. She was available to answer all of our questions. We will definitely stay here again!

Nashville Weekend Vacay

This condo worked great for a group of 5 friends. Clean, plenty of space, and so nice to have a full kitchen. Super convenient check-in and check-out process with a keypad. Perfect spot right on the river, where we watched barges go by, and had a friendly little woodchuck hanging out by the riverbank hoping we'd drop snacks. :-) Rebecca was a great host and very responsive when we had any questions. Was a short ride (10 for an XXL Uber) to Broadway. Would definitely stay at Riverfront again for a future trip.

The property was clean. Upstairs neighbors a bit loud and the construction across the street also a bit loud (only temporary). Would stay here again.

Great place - great location

We loved our stay at this condo. Very walkable to downtown/Broadway/Germantown but away from the noise when you’re ready to relax. Has everything you need and more. Great scenery along the river.
