Game Room: Indoors, entertainment abounds in the game room featuring a pool table, arcade games, and a large TV for movie nights. A curated collection of board games and puzzles ensures endless fun for all ages.

Bedrooms: Our professionally designed bedrooms cater to every need, with two king beds, two queen beds, two full beds, two twin beds, and two sleeper couches, one in the living room and other other downstairs in the Game Room. Families with young children will appreciate our dedicated kids' room and thoughtful amenities such as a pack and play, high chair, and baby bath.

Deck: Upon arrival, guests are greeted by a spacious deck overlooking the water, perfect for al fresco dining at the large outdoor table or gathering around the gas fire pit for cozy evenings. Fire up the barbecue smoker for delicious outdoor meals while soaking in the panoramic views.

Backyard: Wake up to the sight of majestic eagles nesting in your backyard, all while savoring your morning coffee on the expansive deck or 98 feet of waterfront beach. Situated on over half an acre of land, fully fenced for privacy. There are some patches of water and marsh lands due a natural underground spring.

Kayak and outdoor activities: For outdoor enthusiasts, a private trail in the backyard leads down to the private access to the beach where guests can launch kayaks, enjoy skipping stones, harvest oysters and clams along the shoreline in front of the property. The availability of clams and oysters is contingent upon seasonal variations and tidal patterns.

Kayaking in lagoons offers a serene experience with their tranquil, sheltered waters, ideal for beginners. While weather and tides can affect ease of paddling, lagoons typically offer smoother conditions than open waters. We provide two complimentary kayaks and two universal-size life jackets. Please note, we may request you to sign a liability waiver, and you assume responsibility for any incidents that may occur while using the kayaks and paddle boards. Please inspect the condition of the items and be mindful of the currents. Understand and respect your limits.

Accessibility to the beach: Please note that the beach is accessible via a slope with long steps and no railings, which may be challenging for those with mobility issues. The shoreline changes with the tides, offering dynamic views, and more of the beach becomes accessible when the tide recedes.

Fire Pit: Enjoy evenings around the large fire pit, complete with Adirondack chairs for stargazing or making s’mores.
