Come home each day to a truly special backyard oasis to take a dip in the pool, barbecue and dine alfresco, and watch your kids play tag in the grass.

This two-story home is located on the east side of Gilbert, less than a mile from the Superstition Springs Golf Club. You'll be just over a mile from the Superstition Freeway for easy access to Mesa, Tempe, Scottsdale, and Phoenix, and within 15 miles of two Cactus League stadiums - those belonging to the Chicago Cubs and the Oakland A's.

No matter how you spend your days, you'll delight in unwinding in the private, fenced, expansive backyard. Sip cold drinks on the covered patio as the kids splash in the pool, find a big game to screen on the outdoor smart TV, and dine at sunset in the shade of the umbrella.

Inside, the house spans 2,552 square feet of light-filled living space. There's a lofty living room, a more casual family room for movie and game nights, and an eat-in kitchen with every essential. Of the five bedrooms (all with smart TVs), one is on the main floor and four more await upstairs, including a spacious primary suite with its own bathroom. Bonus features of the house include a laundry room and a desk workspace for stress-free remote work.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Security camera details: There is a Ring doorbell camera at the front door and one security camera above the garage facing the street/driveway.
2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 105 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
