CAMERAS: We have 4 cameras on the exterior of our home for video surveillance. One at the front door, one entering the back gate, and two in the back facing the pool and yard. The cameras are outward-facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion
- Noise and smoke detectors inside the house

SUPPLIES: We'll get you started with items such as toilet paper, soap, detergent, and cleaning supplies, however, you will be responsible for purchasing additional if needed.

UTILITIES: Included in your stay are utilities including electricity, water, and internet. We follow SRP guidelines for recommended house temperature and set the temperature to 68F in winter and 78F in summer. Please notify us if you wish to have the house cooler in summer and it can be adjusted to 76F for $20/day.

FAQ's...

Early check-in?
- We cannot guarantee an early check-in. We use the precious little time we have to prepare the home and perform any maintenance tasks. We want it to be perfect for you! Assume check-in will be at 4 p.m. You can message us on the day of your arrival and we can let you know when the home is ready for you. If you have a flight that arrives early in the day, consider booking the night before so you can check in as soon as you are ready.

Late Check-out?
- No. Our home is in high demand! Just as we did for your arrival, we must prepare again for the next guest. If your flight leaves late in the day, consider booking an additional night so you can leave at your leisure.

Do you allow luggage drop-off for early arrivals or late departures?
- No, we are unable to offer luggage drop-off at this time due to COVID, cleaning protocols, and allowing our cleaning team to prepare the home uninterrupted.

Is the pool heated?
- Yes per request October through May, fees apply.

- Yes! There is a Whole Foods Market located just 1.5 miles east of the home at 101 and Ray Road. CVS Pharmacy and Albertson Grocery are located less than a mile west of the home at the corner of McClintock and Ray. However, there are several other grocery stores to choose from, just minutes away.


- If you are local, please contact us before booking.
-We try to keep the house looking like listing pictures but in between repairs or furniture updates, there might be differences.
- Minimum age to book is 25 years old, government ID is required for booking
- No Third-Party Bookings: The person booking, must be staying in the home
- All bookings require a fully executed booking agreement or the reservation will be canceled.
- Due to Allergies, we can't accommodate any pets.
- We try our best to accommodate guests' schedules, however, unauthorized late check-outs will result in a $100 per hour charge due to delays in cleaning and maintenance to make the house ready for the next guest.
- There will be a $50 fee including shipping charges for any items left behind that are found and requested back. We donate unperishable items left behind to charities after 14 days.
- HOA limits overnight street parking and does not allow any RV or boat parking.

- EXTRA REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT: Guests may be asked for an additional security deposit to be paid. By booking this listing, you agree to this. It is a refundable security deposit and will be transferred back to you if there are no damages or house rules violations.

- By booking to stay at this property, you and all of your guests are taking full responsibility for any injuries, bumps, bruises, accidents, or illnesses that occur during your stay. If you notice anything that presents a danger to yourself or anyone traveling with you, please let us know immediately upon check-in.
