Enjoy the Santa Cruz lifestyle in this bright, light-filled beach house just a stones throw to the ocean. Ocean views of Monterey Bay right off of West Cliff & the walking path.

Close to Natural Bridges beach (2 minute walk), restaurants, cafes, downtown and theBoardwalk. Enjoy ocean views from our 2nd floor living room with deck and ease of entertainment with adjoining dining room and kitchen.

We are looking for a responsible family to share our home with while we are on vacation.
The space
Large 2300 square feet, bright, light-filled beach house right off of West Cliff Drive. Large great room where you can immediately relax and feel at home. 3 bedrooms with 2 baths. Perfect for a large family with kids.

- Spacious bedroom suite with professional home office and adjacent TV room. Bedroom suite is on the 2nd floor with a king bed. Office setup with printer, screens that connect to USBC, redundant and symmetrical high-speed internet ideal for working from home and zoom calls.
-Downstairs bedroom has 1 queen size bed
-Kid’s bedroom has a twin bunk bed
-Family/TV room has a pullout sofa bed
-Relax and enjoy the views from our deck off of our 2nd floor living room
-BBQ grill on 2nd floor deck
-Enjoy music in our living room through Sonos Sound System
-Full size washer and dryer
-Hot tub in backyard
-Warm outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach
-Backyard gate leads directly into Natural Bridges State Beach

Beach amenities:
-Beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella provided for guest use
-Guest can use boogie boards, surfboard and paddle boards (guests are responsible for any damage).

Kitchen includes:
-Dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, rice cooker, waffle maker, drip coffee maker, Vitamix blender, soda stream.

I follow Airbnb’s five-step enhanced cleaning process, which is based on Airbnb’s cleaning handbook that was developed in partnership with experts.

* I sanitize high-touch surfaces, down to the doorknob
* I use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies, and I wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination
* I refer to cleaning checklists to thoroughly clean each room
* I provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay
* I comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines
Guest access
You'll have access to the entire house.

-West Cliff activities include walking and surfing. 2 minute walk to Natural Bridges beach. Beautiful views of the ocean and close access to the Boardwalk, Downtown, Steamer’s Lane (surfing), and many other beaches.

-5 Surfing spots within 5 minutes walking distance. Natural Bridges, Longs, Getchels, Stockton, San Jose Ave (Experts Only).

-Convenient, 3 minute drive to New Leaf Market (specialty organic grocery store) and Westside favorites including Verve Coffee, Bantam Pizza, West End Tap and Kitchen and the Westside Farmer’s Market.
