About a 5-minute drive to the iconic Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk & Main Beach, and only a few blocks from scenic West Cliff Drive for ocean walks and sunsets.

Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the home, except for the owners’ private refrigerator in the garage and select storage.

Nearest grocery store – Multiple markets (Safeway, New Leaf, etc.) in Santa Cruz (~5–10 min drive).



Capitola Village – Charming seaside village with shops and dining (~10–15 min drive).



The Mystery Spot – Quirky gravity-defying attraction (~7–10 min drive from Santa Cruz).



The Forest of Nisene Marks State Park – Redwood trails and forest near Aptos (~10–15 min drive).



Henry Cowell Redwoods State Park – Classic redwood forest (~15–20 min drive).



Monterey Bay Aquarium – World-class aquarium in Monterey (~45–60 min drive).

- We have landscapers, pest service, and other property maintenance done on a weekly basis. You may see or hear these service professionals during your stay as they let themselves into the backyard to service as needed. Please be sure to ask about this before booking if you think it might be an issue for you.

- We are required to stick to our cancellation policy and we suggest adding trip insurance for any last minute issues that may impact your travel (Weather, Illness, etc). We are not able to cancel, move or refund bookings that do not fall in our cancellation policy for any reason.
